How To make Chocolate Lovers' Mini Cakes
Cocoa powder 2 1/2 c Semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/2 c Butter
2 tb Flour
2 tb Sugar
1 t Vanilla
4 Eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c Chopped walnuts (opt)
Fresh raspberries (opt)
CHOCOLATE GLAZE:
14 oz Semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/2 c Whipping cream
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray mini-heart pan with vegetable spray. Dust with cocoa powder. In 2-quart saucepan, melt chocolate and butter over low
heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted. Stir in flour, sugar and vanilla. Stir in eggs until well-mixed. Stir in walnuts. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes on wire rack. When cool pour chocolate glaze over cakes. Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves, if desired. Serve chilled.
Glaze: Heat whipping cream just to boiling point. Don't boil. Add chocolate and stir until smooth and glossy. If mixture is too thin, wait a few minutes until it cools slightly and thickens. Put cooled cakes on wire rack over sheet of waxed paper. Pour glaze onto center of each cake and work toward edges.

Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 1cup (130g)
Cocoa powder - ½cup (50g)
Sugar - 1cup (200g)
Baking powder - 1tsp
Baking soda - ½tsp
Salt - ½tsp
Egg - 1
Oil - ¼cup (60ml)
Milk - ½cup (120ml)
Vanilla essence - 1tsp
Hot water - ½cup (120ml)
Dark Chocolate - 200g
Heavy cream - 150ml
Pan size : 7×7

If you’re looking for a rich, fudgy chocolate cake to satisfy your sweet cravings, then this cake IS IT! Paired with an indulgent chocolate fudge frosting, this is by far the best chocolate cake I’ve ever had.
INGREDIENTS:
Chocolate Cake
- 1½ cups (190 g) flour - regular all purpose
- ½ cup (50 g) cocoa powder - unsweetened
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup (170 g) unsalted butter
- 1¼ cups (200 g) dark chocolate (50%)
- ⅓ cup (80 g) milk - room temperature
- 1½ cups (300 g) white sugar
- 1½ tbsp instant coffee powder
- ¼ cup (55 g) unflavoured vegetable oil - I use canola oil
- 1 tsp vanilla essence/extract
- 2 large eggs - room temperature
- ½ cup (110 g) hot water
Bake at 160 °C (320°F) with the fan on. If your oven doesn't have a fan option, then you will need to increase the baking temperature to 175°C (347°F). Remember to grease the bottom and sides of two 8 inch cake tins (mine are 3 inch deep), and also line the bottom of the tin with baking/parchment paper.
IMPORTANT: Do not open the oven door too early to check the cake otherwise this can cause the cake to sink in the middle. Enjoy :)

- 1 cup (226 g) cream
- 4 tsp cocoa powder - unsweetened
- 2½ cups (400 g) dark chocolate (50%)
- 1 cup (226 g) unsalted butter
- 1 cup (170 g) icing sugar - also known as powdered sugar/confectioners sugar
- ½ tsp instant coffee powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla essence/extract

This is the Korean-inspired lunchbox chocolate cake edition, which includes a chocolate Oreo cake (cookies 'n cream), a white chocolate raspberry cake, and chocolate ganache cake, all from one half sheet pan and one recipe of Swiss meringue buttercream. We'll make modifications to the fillings and frosting to make all these cakes at once. I'll show you how to cut the cakes, as well as layer, fill, and frost them. 1 Cup (205gr) Sugar
1 Egg
1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup (120ml) Buttermilk
1/2 Cup (120ml) Hot Coffee or Hot Water
1/4 Cup (50ml) Vegetable Oil
1 Cup (129gr) All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup (46gr) Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp (4gr) Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp (3gr) Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Salt
*Bake at 350 for 20-25min or Toothpick Clean
*DO NOT OVER MIX OR OVER BAKE!
*EVERY OVEN IS DIFFERENT SO USE THE BAKING TIME I GIVE AS GUIDE!
Chocolate Ganache
1/2 Cup (120ml) Heavy Whipping Cream ( Heat in Microwave 40sec or until Hot
2/3 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
*Pour Hot Cream over Chocolate Chips wait for about 3min then slowly mix until smooth
