How To make Chocolate Fondue with Fruit and Cake
Ingredients
1/2
cup
butter 6 oz unsweetened chocolate
1/2
cup
sugar 1/8 t salt 1 c cream, half and half, 10%
1/4
cup
(plus 2 t) orange liqueur
1
each
pound cake, cut in 1 inch cubes, or bananas or other fresh fruit. (apples, pears, cherres, peaches, pineapple, strawberries, marhmallows)
Directions:
In saucepan, melt butter and chocolate. over low heat. Add sugar,
Half-and-Half and salt. Bring to a boil, cook over med. heat at a slow
rolling boil, stirring constantly for 5 mins. until thickened. Cover
and refrigerate until needed.
When ready, heat chocolate sauce in micorwave 20-230 seconds. Add liqueur and stir to combine thoroughly.
Serve immediately with fruit and cake.
For Two: Pour one cup warm Choc. Sauce into dessert fondue pot
and place over burner. On a dinnner plate, attractively arrange pound
cake cubes, bananas, fresh fruit, and marshmallows. Serve with 2
fondue forks and 2 dessert plates.

[Recipe] Spicy Chili Chocolate Fondue
Rich and creamy, with just the right punch of heat! Mix your own spicy chocolate fondue for parties, get-togethers, or a well-deserved treat for yourself. The hot chili zing of this spicy chocolate fondue creates the perfect harmonious blend of sweet and spicy when used as a dipping sauce for berries, chopped fruit, marshmallows, and of course an assortment of Fairytale desserts!
In this video, Fairytale Brownies Co-Founders Eileen Spitalny and David Kravetz show you how to make Fairytale Spicy Chili Chocolate Fondue. Absolutely scrumptious!
INGREDIENTS:
12-ounce package of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon ground ancho chili pepper
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS:
In a double-boiler saucepan, melt the chocolate with all ingredients except the vanilla. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla. Transfer to a fondue pot and set over a small flame to keep warm.
Serve this scrumptious spicy chili chocolate fondue with gourmet Fairytale Brownies, Cookies, and Blondies, along with fresh fruit and other dippable items. Makes 6 servings.

Easiest Crock Pot Chocolate Fondue - So simple and delicious!
Crock pot chocolate fondue! So easy and minimal ingredients! A recipe the whole family will love!
12 oz chocolate chips
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Skewers
Combine chocolate chips, cream, and vanilla extract into a 2-3
quart crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 45 minutes, stirring frequently.
Around end of cooking time, cut up assorted fruit, Rice Krispies,
pretzels, or marshmallows for dunking. Place on skewers, dunk, and enjoy.
