EASY CHOCOLATE MUFFINS RECIPE WITH COSTING | HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE MUFFINS WITH CHOCO CHIPS
My own version of chocolate muffins recipe with chocolate chips toppings. No coffee added which is very good for all ages, specially for kids.

CHOCOLATE MUFFINS INGREDIENTS & COSTING:
►1cup all purpose flour - 10.00
►1/4 cup cocoa powder - 10.00
►1tsp baking powder - 2.00
►1/4tsp salt - 1.00
►2eggs - 14.00
►3/4cup brown sugar - 10.00
►1/2 cup vegetable oil - 7.00
►1tsp vanilla - 5.00
►1/2 cup milk - 7.00
►chocolate chips - 5.00
????Total costing: 141.00
????Yield: 12pcs
????SRP: 15.00 - 18.00 each (box not included)
Chocolate Muffins Recipe Cooking Procedures:
1. Sift 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt.
2. Mix them together and set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, beat 2 eggs.
4. Add 3/4 cup brown sugar and mix until sugar is dissolve.
5. Add 1/2 cup vegetable oil and 1 tsp vanilla.
6. Mix until smooth.
7. Then add the dry ingredients and mix.
8. Add 1/2 cup milk and mix until smooth. Then set aside.
9. Prepare baking pan with cupcake liner.
10. Pour 1 1/2 tbsp of the chocolate batter in each cupcake liner.
11. And top with chocolate chips.
12. Then bake (in a preheated oven) for 18-20 minutes at 160°C.
13. After 20 minutes, transfer in a cooling rack and let it cool down.
14. Then its ready to serve.

Sometimes we all do have that perfect recipe for frosting with all the toppings from syrups to candies to chocolates or even fruits. But it's just quite hard to make that perfectly moist and chocolatey cupcake and we tend to depend on store bought premixed cupcake batter. Now, you can make it completely from scratch! This recipe has the perfect balance of flour, cocoa and fat which brings out the chocolate flavor and moistness perfectly.You can use this on parties, make them with kids or simply snack on them. Enjoy!

✅Ingredients
• ½ cup butter, softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ½ cup milk
• 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
✅Instructions
1️⃣ Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Lightly grease paper liners with nonstick cooking spray.
2️⃣ 00:00:19 - In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to cream together butter and sugar, about two minutes.
3️⃣ 00:00:34 - Beat in eggs until combined. Add in the baking powder, salt, and vanilla and mix briefly.
4️⃣ 00:00:56 - Add in half of flour, mix with hand mixer until just combined, then add in the milk, stirring to combine. Scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl and add in the remaining flour until just combined.
5️⃣ 00:01:36 - Add the chocolate chips to the batter and use a rubber spatula to gently fold them in.
6️⃣ 00:01:42 - Divide the batter up amongst the 12 muffins. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Let the batter rest while the oven preheats.
7️⃣ 00:02:23 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Reduce the heat in the oven to 350 degrees after 7 minutes. Watch the muffins closely as cooking times may vary depending on your oven.
8️⃣ 00:02:31 - Let muffins cool for 5 minutes in the pan before removing them and transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
