How To make Chocolate Cappucino Cheesecake
24 oz Cream cheese; room temp
1 c Sugar, white
3 lg Eggs
8 oz Chocolate, semi-sweet
2 T Whipping cream
1 c Sour cream
1/4 ts Salt
2 ts Espresso, instant; dissolved
-in 1/4 cup hot water 1/4 c Coffee liqueur
2 ts Vanilla extract
1 c Whipping cream
2 T Sugar, confectioners
2 T Coffee liqueur
***CHOCOLATE CRUST:**** Combine 1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs, 1/4 cup soften butter, 2 Tbsp. sugar and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon; Mix well. Press mixture into buttered springform pan. ***DIRECTIONS:***** 1. Prepare crust. Set aside.
2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, mixing until
well blended. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat at low speed until very smooth. 3. Melt chocolate with cream over boiling water, stir until smooth.
Blend well with cheese mixture. Add sour cream,salt,coffee liqueur and vanilla; beat until smooth. 4. Turn into pan. Bake in center of oven at 350 F for 45 minutes or
until sides are puffed. Center will be soft but will firm up when chilled. Turn off oven;leave door ajar. Allow cake to cool in oven for 45 minutes. Cover. Chill for 12 hours. 5. Whip cream. Flavor with sugar and liqueur. Garnish with mounds of
whipped cream and chocolate leaves. ****CHOCOLATE LEAVES***** Brush real leaves on one side with melted chocolate. Freeze until firm. Peel off leaves. Freeze until needed.

Cappuccino Cheesecake
Ingredients:
Chocolate sponge cake-2
Soaking Syrup
Luke warm water-1/2cup
Sugar-1/4cup
Coffee-2tsp
Cheesecake Mix
Cream cheese-200grams
Condensed milk-1/4cup
Heavy cream-1 1/2cup
Coffee-1tsp
Milk-2tbsp
Gelatin-2tbsp
Cold Water- 2 1/2tbsp
Chocolate chips-1/2cup
Topping
Melted chocolate-1cup
Whipped cream as required
Method:
Soaking Syrup
In a small bowl add Luke warm water,sugar and coffee mix well. (Until sugar and coffee is well dissolved)
Cheesecake Mix
In a bowl add Cream cheese and condensed milk beat well until creamy.
Add Heavy cream beat until well combined.
Add milk and coffee mix well.
In a bowl, add gelatin and water mix well let swell for 5minutes.
Microwave for 30seconds at 10seconds interval.
Add the gelatin to the cheesecake mix ,Beat well.
Fold in chocolate chips.
In a springform pan,place a layer of sponge cake soak with prepared soaking syrup.
Pour the cheesecake mix and place another sponge cake on top, soak with prepared soaking syrup. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours
Pour the melted chocolate on top and refrigerate for 1hour.
Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate chips.

Cheesecake can be the most perfect dessert you can make at any time. But the downside to a regular cheesecake is how long it takes to bake and how messy it can be if you are not a tidy person (water bath? Thank you, next!). So I’m gonna show you a no-bake cheesecake recipe, which will take all the stress away. Plus, it takes about half the time to make.
This is truly the simplest and easiest no-bake cheesecake I have come across with. It’s got a thick graham cracker crust and an easy no-bake cheesecake filling. If you love a fast no-bake dessert then this is the one you should make. By following this no-bake cheesecake recipe, you’ll be gifted with a smooth and creamy dessert that sets up beautifully in the refrigerator.
Unlike regular cheesecake, no-bake cheesecake isn’t overly heavy. It’s lightly sweet and perfectly refreshing with cappuccino coffee mixed with the cream cheese! It is an amazing dessert that your family will love!

Chocolate Cheesecake dengan lapisan bawah dari biskut oreo, dessert yang creamy..dan penuh dgn rasa coklat, sedap sgt kalau makan sejuk2. Siapa yg suka sgt coklat,oreo, dan juga cheese..boleh cuba resepi ni…gerenti tak cukup kalau makan sepotong. Coklat cheesecake ni tanpa telur, tak perlu guna oven dan juga tak perlu guna gelatin.
Untuk dapatkan GANACHE YG LICIN CANTIK, Che Nom suka guna Beryl's (kategori harga yg berpatutan) . Kalau boleh jgn guna coklat Van Houten, ganache tak cantik.
Coklat berjenama premium lain takda masalah.

1 1½ bungkus biskut oreo atau 21 keping oreo
60g /4 sudu besar mentega (garam atau tak bergaram)
Untuk adunan coklat cheesecake:
500g krim keju/cream cheese
2 sudu besar susu pekat manis
1 sudu kecil esen vanila
⅔ cawan / 65g gula ising
250g coklat gelap/dark chocolate(Che Nom guna Beryl's)
250ml dairy whipping cream
Untuk ganache:
150g coklat gelap/dark chocolate (Che Nom guna Beryl's)
150ml dairy whipping cream
½ sudu besar mentega
