How To Make Chinese Tomatoes and Eggs Stir Fry (番茄炒蛋)

Ingredients:
4 Eggs
3 Tomatoes
2-3 tsp salt (depends on size of tomatoes)
1-2 tbs sugar (depends on your taste)
1 Scallion
Cooking oil
Directions:
Chop up Scallion and cut the tomatoes in wedges
Crack eggs into bowl and whisk
Heat up 2 tsb cooking oil on med/high heat
Scramble eggs just until no liquid remain, then take out eggs and set aside.
Clean pan and heat another 2 tbs oil
throw in scallions for 10 seconds, then add the tomatoes
add salt and sugar then cover pan and let it cook for 2 min.
add in eggs, break eggs apart among tomatoes, make sure all the eggs are covered in the juice.
Cook for 30 seconds, garnish with uncooked scallions and serve.

Ingredients:
1 Tomato ????
3 Cloves of Garlic ????
1/4 of medium onion ????
1/4 beef cube
2 Eggs ????
1 Spoon of soy sauce
Water
Beef meat ????
(marinate the beef meat with soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, cornstarch)

食材:牛肉,西红柿,葱,蒜,香芹,洋葱
调味料:食用油,生抽,老抽,蚝油,白糖,胡椒粉,生粉,鸡精
做法:
1. 切好的牛肉片加入葱姜水及一勺生抽,少许老抽,蚝油,胡椒粉,生粉,抓拌均匀腌制20分钟。
2.锅中加入食用油,加入葱蒜末,去皮的西红柿,翻炒出汁水,加入一碗清水,水开后加入盐,鸡,白糖及切好的香芹与洋葱,关火后,再下入肉片,一定要先关火。这样能够确保牛肉同时煮熟,煮到漂起来,就可以了。
