Chicken & Rice ????
2 lbs chicken thighs
Season with:
1/2 tsp cardamom, all spice
1 tsp paprika, turmeric
Salt to taste
1 lemon
2 Tbsp oil of choice
1.5 cups basmati rice
Add chicken stock amount according to the rice packet direction
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 onion & bell pepper
1 Serrano or jalapeño
3-4 cloves minced garlic
Seasonings: 1/2 tsp all spice, cardamom
1 tsp turmeric, paprika
Salt to taste (depending on how salty stock is)
Top with diced cucumbers and tomatoes that are tossed with a bit of oil, lemon juice, and salt

Chopped onion 1 medium

Red capsicums chopped ½ cup
Tomato puree 2 medium
Tomato paste 3 tbsp
Coriander powder 3 tsp
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
Hot water 1½ litters
Salt to taste
Arabic Green chillies 5 pcs
Fried almond for garnish
Chicken face grease mixture:-
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Hot water
Heat oven 200 decrees cook for 15-20 minutes
Basmati rice 4.5 cups
(Soaked 30 minutes before)
Hot water as required

1 whole chicken, butterflied
2-3 teaspoons rock salt
2-3 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon fresh cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons calamansi juice
½ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons butter
Yellow rice:
2 tablespoons oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
3 pc bay leaves
1 tablespoon chicken powder or 1 pc chicken broth cube
2 cups rice
3 cups water
Sauce:
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon tomato catsup
1 teaspoon white vinegar
2 tablespoons water
Juice of ½ lemon
Parsley leaves
Salt and pepper, to taste.
