How To make Chicken Tarragon Saute
2 1/2 pounds chicken fryer -- cut up
salt and pepper 2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon tarragon
2 thick scallions
1/2 cup chicken broth
Clean chicken. In 12" skillet, over medium heat, melt butter. When bubbly, add chicken pieces, skin side down. Saute 20 minutes till deep golden-brown color. Shake pan now and then so chicken doesn't stick to the bottom.
Turn chicken pieces. Sprinke half the tarragon into the butter. Saute chicken 20 minutes more. Remove chicken to large plate or platter. Pour grease out of skillet into a cup.
Remove root end of scallions. Slice scallions lengthwise, then cut them up in thin slivers crosswise. Add scallions and other half of tarragon to skillet. Return 1 tablespoon of grease from cup to skillet.
Cook, stirring, 1 minute over medium heat. Pour in chicken broth. Cook and scrape the bottom of skillet with wooden spoon to swirl all collected bits into broth. Let bubble 1-2 minutes. Pour all over chicken

Ingredients ????
• 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 6 boneless and skinless chicken thighs
• Kosher salt and black pepper
• 3 Tbsp chopped shallots
• 3/4 cup Pinot Grigio
• 2/3 cup chicken stock, low sodium
• 6 Tbsp heavy cream
• 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
• 2 Tbsp chopped tarragon
Directions ✍️
• Pour 2 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil into a large sauté pan.
• Season chicken with salt and black pepper, then add to the pan. Cook chicken 6 minutes per side. Place chicken onto a separate plate and set aside.
• Pour 1 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil into the same pan then add in the shallots, cook until softened.
• Pour in the wine and scrapping up any bits on the pan. Bring to the boil and reduce the wine by half.
• Whisk in the chicken stock, heavy cream, and mustards. Cook until the sauce thickens, then add in the tarragon. Season with salt and pepper.
• Add the chicken back into the pan to warm through and spoon over the sauce onto the chicken.
• Serve up and enjoy!

Sauteed Chicken | With Tarragon
Delicious meal that uses Tarragon as the main spice.
Cook time is between 25 - 35 minutes depending on the size of the chicken pieces.
Salt, black pepper and tarragon are the only spices used.
One of my favorite ways to enjoy chicken.

in a pan oil ,add the garlic and onion to make saute.add cream,milk salt,chicken powder,tarragon and white pepper mix it

in a large bowl put the chicken breast paprika powder,salt,tarragon,mustard,black pepper powder,oil,mix well the marinade and make chilled for 30 minutes.now gill the chicken in nonstick skillet,serve with mash potato and veg.
