How To make Chicken And Shrimp Saute

chicken, boned, skinned, cut in 1 1/2 inch chunks

shrimp, peeled, deveined

bell peppers, yellow, sweet, sliced

bell peppers, green, sliced

tomatoes, canned, stewed

oz
fettuccine, cooked
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tb of the butter. Add chicken and shrimp. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook stirring frequently until chicken is light golden and shrimp are pink, about 4 minutes.
Remove chicken and shrimp; set aside. To skillet add peppers; cook until crisp-tender. Break up tomatoes in the can. Add to skillet; heat until bubbling. Add chicken and shrimp. Stir in remaining 2 tb butter, 1 tb at a time, until just melted.
Arrange pasta on platter; top with chicken-shrimp mixture.

Creamy Cajun Chicken And Shrimp Pasta Recipe
1 large chicken breast halved
1 lb jumbo Shrimp
3 tbsp butter
1 16 oz Parmesan cheese freshly grated
1 cup baby spinach fresh
1/4 tsp chicken bouillon
1 16 oz box pasta
1/4 cup parsley freshly chopped
1-pint heavy cream
creole seasoning
Cajun seasoning
seafood season
Drizzle a small amount of oil unto the chicken followed by Cajun Seasoning and Creole seasoning.
Cook the pasta to the preferred doneness.
Cooking on medium heat allow the skillet to get hot before adding the chicken. Allow the chicken to cook all the way through it should take about five minutes on each side or until your chicken reaches an internal temp of 165°F
Add a small drizzle of oil to the shrimp season with Cajun seasoning, creole seasoning, and a small amount of seafood seasoning.
Remove the chicken and set it aside. Using the same pan add the shrimp and cook thoroughly. Remove it from the pan and set it to aside.
Lower the flame to low heat. Add the butter, once melted add freshly chopped garlic. Do not allow the garlic to burn, stir it and give it time to become fragrant before adding the spinach. add heavy cream and Cajun and Creole seasoning and a small amount of seafood seasoning for the perfect balance.
Add chicken bouillon however, it is totally optional. Add Parmesan cheese, stir and allow the cheese sauce to become melted and slightly thickened before adding the shrimp and chicken back to the pan.
Add pre-cooked pasta, toss the pasta, and coat with the sauce, add reserved chicken and shrimp to the top. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and combine. Top with grated Parmesan cheese if preferred and serve.

Garlic Butter
* 1 stick of butter (softened at room temp)
* 1 T minced garlic
* 1 tsp parsley
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
*If you make your own Garlic Butter, it will last for up to one week in the refrigerator. Store tightly in plastic wrap or a sealed container.
Add ingredients and mix well
Refrigerate for about 30 mins or until firm.

Veggies
* Bell Peppers, Zucchini, Broccoli, or any veggies that you prefer
* 2 T Garlic Butter
* Salt
* Accent seasoning
* 1 tsp Sesame oil
* 1 tsp soy sauce
* 1 tsp teriyaki sauce
1. Heat oil into the skillet at medium high heat
2. Add in the zucchini and sauté for 2 mins
3. Add in the bell peppers, salt, accent seasoning, and sesame oil
4. Stir & Sauté for 10 minutes or until all veggies are tender.
5. Add in garlic butter, broccoli, teriyaki and soy sauce
6. Stir & Serve
Chicken
* 1 pound of chicken breast (cut in bite sized pieces)
* 1 T vegetable oil
* 2 T soy sauce
* 2 T teriyaki sauce
* 1 tsp cornstarch
* black pepper to taste
1. For the marinade- add teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.
2. Heat oil in pan at a medium heat
3. Add in chicken and stir often so it will not burn
4. Cook the chicken until completely done.
Shrimp
* 1 pound of shrimp
* 1 T of butter
* 1 tsp of soy sauce
* 1 tsp of teriyaki sauce
* 1 lemon
1. Heat butter in skillet
2. Add in shrimp
3. Add the soy and teriyaki sauce.
4. Saute until shrimp are cooked.
5. Add a squeeze of lemon juice.
Fried Rice
* 2 cups cold, cooked rice (white rice)
* 1 T sesame oil
* 2 T butter
* 2 T soy sauce
* Onion Powder to taste
1. Heat oil in skillet.
2. Add in the cold rice, butter, onion powder, and soy sauce.
3. Sauté until rice is warm and serve.
Plate and enjoy! ☺️

1/2 package spaghetti
1 tbsp chicken bouillon
Salt to taste
1/2 LB large shrimp
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups broccoli
1/2 each red and orange bell peppers
1/2 large onion diced
1 carrot
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
The sauce
1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
1 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame seed oil
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
