How To make Chicken Pinwheels
1 ts Basil leaved, dried
1/2 ts Seasoned salt
1/4 ts Seasoned pepper
1/4 ts Garlic powder
4 Chicken breast halves
- skinned, boned 4 sl Ham, deli, low-fat
2 tb Lemon juice
Paprika Lettuce Tomatoes, cherry Combine basil, seasoned salt and pepper, garlic powder; set aside. Place chicken between sheets of plastic wrap, pound to 1/4" thickness. Lightly sprinkle seasonings over each chicken breast, top with slice of ham. Roll up, beginning with longest side. Place rolls seam side down in baking dish. Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with paprika. Bake in preheated 350F oven 20-25 mintes. Chill. Slice into 1/4" rounds, arrange on lettuce leaf line platter, garnish with cherry tomatoes. Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels - Quick & Easy Recipe!
Ingredients
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• ½ cup hot wing sauce
• ¼ cup blue cheese, crumbled (I ended up excluding the blue cheese and adding a little more of the Colby cheese)
• 1 cup colby-jack cheese, shredded (4 ounces)
• ¼ cup green onions, finely chopped
• 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
• 5 large flour tortillas (approximately 10½ diameter)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese on low and add in sauce, blue cheese, colby-jack cheese, and green onions. Beat until blended.
2. Stir shredded chicken into mixture by hand.
3. Spread approximately ½ - ¾ cup of mixture on top of one of the tortillas. Roll up tortilla tightly, but without shifting the mixture too much. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Place rolled tortillas on a place and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
4. Remove from refrigerator and unwrap. Slice each rolled tortillas in half and then each half into 3 slices, discarding ends (or eat them!). Place pinwheel slices on serving plate or tray.
Notes
--Smaller or larger tortillas may be used, however you will need to adjust the amount of buffalo chicken mixture you add to each tortilla.
These buffalo chicken pinwheels turned out great! I personally couldn't stop eating them.

But here we call them Bacon Ranch Chicken Pinwheels!

BACON RANCH CHICKEN PINWHEELS INGREDIENTS:
o 8 ounces cream cheese , softened
o 2 tablespoons dry ranch mix
o 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese , finely shredded
o 1 tablespoon milk
o 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
o ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
o 1 cup chicken , shredded or chopped
o ½ cup bacon , cooked and crumbled
o 1 tablespoons scallions , chopped

•Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 grated carrot
- 3-4 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
- Chopped green corianders
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 2 tsp hot chilli sauce
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- Fresh white 16 sliced bread
- Flour slurry : (3-4 tbsp AP flour or maida+water as needed)make a thick slurry
- Oil for deep fry
