Beef And Cheese Tortilla Bake

Welcome back to Heaven's kitchen, today we have a mouthwatering recipe that will surely tantalize your taste buds. We're going to prepare a delicious Beef and Cheese Tortilla Bake, an incredible combination of flavors and textures that will leave you wanting more.

Ingredients:
For the beef:
1 pound (450g) ground beef
2 (25 cm) flour tortillas
Oil for cooking
1 grated large onion
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Garlic powder

For the eggs:
6 eggs
50 ml. Heavy cream
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Chili flakes
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
350 gm shredded cheddar cheese, (divided into 2 equal portions)
Dried thyme for sprinkling

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 celsius (350 Fahrenheit) for 20-25 minutes.

230g ground beef
1 egg
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
paprika
mix well
50g chopped onion
15g green onion
15ml olive oil
Mix well
Tortilla(23cm)
Fold and unfold the tortilla in half
Take some of the meat fillings
Put the filling on the tortilla
Spread the beef on half of the tortilla evenly
Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese
Fold the tortilla in half
Tortilla(17cm)
You can also make it with smaller tortillas
Fold than unfold in quarters
Cut the tortilla like this
Spread the beef filling on 3/4 of the tortilla like this
Fold the tortilla like this
Repeat

Medium-low heat
Olive oil
Spread the oil every in the pan
Fry the tortilla for 5 minutes
Flip and fry for another 5 minutes
The color should be golden brown
Done!
Medium-low heat
Add some olive oil to the pan
Place the small tortillas in the pan
Fry for 5 minutes
Brush oil on top
Flip then fry for 8 minutes
Add 1tbsp water in the pan
Done!

But you know the one thing that's missing from a crunchwrap? It could be bigger! In addition to making an XXL version, we're mixing up the filling and stuffing it with chicken fajitas – with bell peppers this crunchy, you won't even miss that unnecessary tostada shell.

You'll Need:

- 7 tortillas
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 red onion
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 4 oz shredded monterey jack
- 4 oz shredded cheddar
- 1 bunch of scallions, sliced
- 1 green chili pepper, sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 tbsp cilantro

Extra:

- 10.5 or 12 cast iron skillet

Here's How:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Core the bell peppers and cut them into strips. Peel the onions and cut them into strips, as well as the chicken breasts. Put everything in a bowl, add paprika, salt, cayenne pepper, cumin, and olive oil and mix well.

2. Pour the marinated chicken and vegetables into a casserole dish and cook for 15 minutes.

3. Brush a cast iron skillet with olive oil and line it with 6 tortillas, as shown in the video. Sprinkle half of the cheddar and Monterey jack cheese over the tortilla in the middle of the pan.

4. Spread the cooked chicken fajitas over the cheese.

5. Add the diced tomatoes, scallions, chili pepper, and cilantro and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

6. Place the last tortilla on top and fold the overlapping tortillas towards the middle of the pan. Put the skillet in the oven and cook at 350°F for 40 minutes.
