How To make Cheese Salami Croissants
4 Croissants
1 1/2 tb Soft butter
2 oz Genoa (Italian) salami,
-thinly sliced 4 oz Gruyere Cheese, thinly
-sliced Salt and pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Slice each croissant open, starting from the front and leaving the back unbroken. Divide the salami and arrange over the bottom of each croissant. Cover with the cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper. Place in the oven for 10 minutes or until the croissants are hot through and the cheese has melted. Cut in half and serve hot. Serves 4 This is a simple but very delicious combination of tastes, ideal for days when the sociable Libran has little time to spend in the kitchen. Serve it as a starter, or a light lunch dish with a green salad and red Italian wine.

1kg flour
1 yeast
2 teaspoons salt
5 tabelspoons oil
1 egg
250ml milk
250ml water
250gr butter for brushing
For Filling:
150gr Salami
200gr spreadable cheese
For coating:
1 egg yolks
Sesame, caraway...

1kg mekog brašna
1 kvasac
2 kašičice soli
5 kašika ulja
1 jaje
250ml mleka
250ml vode
250gr margarina za premazivanje
Za punjenje:
150gr šunkarice
200gr namaznog sira
Za premazivanje:
1 žumance

Upustvo:
Mleko malo ugrejati I staviti u njega malo šećera I kvasac, ostaviti da nadodje. U veću posudu sipati brašno I u njega dodati nadošao kvasac, mleko, jaje, ulje, mlaku vodu I so. Sve to dobro zamesiti da bude srednje mekano testo. Zatim prekriti činiju toplom krpom I ostaviti da odstoji oko 1 sat. Nakon toga, testo podeliti na 16 jufkica, zatim svaku jufkicu razviti da bude okrugla I premazati margarinom. Tako redjati 8 komada jednu preko druge I mazati svaku sem poslednje. Na kraju dobijamo na dva mesta po 8 kora. Prekrijemo ih krpom I ostavimo oko 20 minuta da odstoje. Zatim rastanjimo prvo jednu hrpicu od 8 kora u jednu veliku koru, koju podelimo prvo na 4 dela pa svaku četvrtinu na još 5-6 delova, da dobijemo 20-24 trouglića.Na svaki trouglić staviti malo namaznog sira I šunkarice, zatim urolati kroasan, I redjati u tepsiju obloženu papirom za pečenje. Isto ponoviti I sa drugom hrpicom. Kroasane pokriti krpom I ostaviti oko 20 min da odmore. Pre samog pečenja premazati ih umućenim žumancetom. I po želji posuti susamom ili kimom. Peći u predhodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 stepeni oko 20 minuta.
