How To make Cabbage & Dumpling Soup
1/4 lb Frim tofu
4 tb Water
1 c Whole wheat flour
1/8 ts Black pepper
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 md Head cabbage
1 tb Corn oil
8 c Boiling water
1 ea Bay leaf
1 tb Soy sauce
Chopped scallions Dumplings: Blend tofu with water till smooth. Sift dry ingredients. Stir in tofu mixture. Knead for 1 minute, form into 1/2" balls & set aside. Soup: Mince core of cabbage & shred leaves finely. Heat oil in soup pot. Add cabbage & saute over medium heat til golden. Add water & bay leaf. Return to a boil, add dumplings, cover & simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. The dumplings should be floating on the top at this point. Remove bay leaf. Dilute soy sauce in a bit of the broth, add to the soup. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve, garnishing with scallions.

250g ground pork or any other protein! (Firm tofu works beautifully too!)
1 carrot, finely chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 spring onion
1 cup cooked rice, cooled
1 egg
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

In this video I will show you how to make quick and easy Chinese cabbage soup recipe. The soup recipe is very easy to cook, it doesn't take long to cook and it's very tasty. You can make it for breakfast, for lunch, for dinner or for whenever you are hungry. I hope you will like my delicious Thai recipe today.
Ingredients
200 g ground pork
500 g Chinese cabbage
1 handful green onions and coriander together, chopped
1 teaspoon vegetable stock powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons minced garlic, black pepper, coriander roots together
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
In Instructions
1.Heat the cooking oil in a pan on high heat.
2.Add the minced garlic, black pepper and coriander roots. Sauté for 1 minute.
3.Add the ground pork. Sauté the ingredients together.
4.Season the ground pork with soy sauce and sauté until the ground pork is not pink.
5.Put the pot of water on the stove.
6.Add the cooked ground pork into the pot.
7.Add vegetable seasoning powder and salt.
8.Wait until the water boils, then add the Chinese cabbage. Allow the soup to boil for 7 minutes.
9.After 7 minutes, add the chopped green onions and chopped coriander.
10.Using a spoon to stir the ingredients together. ENJOY!

- 1.5 lbs (680g) pork neck bones
- 1/2 lb (226g) pork Boston Butt (browned)
- 2-3 green onion, sliced into 1 inch pieces
- 1 inch knob Ginger sliced
- 5 cups (1.1kg) water

- 3 lbs (1.36kg) chicken back and necks
- 1 inch Knob Ginger sliced
- 2 green onions, cut into pieces

Dumpling Dough:
- 1 1/4 cup or 170g all purpose flour
- 3 1/2 tablespoons 50g hot water
- 3 tablespoons 40g room temperature water
Pork Filling:
- 1 lb (450g) high fat ground pork
- 1.5 tablespoons (22g) shaoxing wine
- 2 tablespoon (30g) soy sauce

- .5 cup (75g) bread flour
