How To make Buffalo Style Chicken Wings
12 Chicken wings (about 2 lbs)
1/2 cup All purpose flour
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
1/4 cup Sliced green onions
1 medium Clove garlic -- finely
Chopped 1 cup (8 ounces) WISHBONE Sweet
N' Spicy French Dressing 1 teaspoon Thyme leaves
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon Hot pepper sauce **
First Alarm Chicken Wings: Add 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce. Second Alarm Chicken Wings: Add 1-1/2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce. Third Alarm Chicken Wings: Add 2 teaspoons of Hot pepper sauce. In deep-fat fryer or large heavy skillet, heat oil to 375 degrees. Cut tips off chicken wings (save tips for soup.) Halve chicken wings at joint. Lightly coat chicken with flour, then carefully drop chicken, a few at a time into hot oil.
Fry, turning occasionally, 15 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Meanwhile, in large skillet, melt butter and cook green onions with garlic over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until onions are tender. Remove from heat and stir in sweet n' spicy French dressing, thyme, oregano, cumin, and hot pepper sauce. Add chicken and toss to coat.
Serve with chunky blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.

So geht‘s:
Backofen auf 200 °C Umluft vorheizen
Chicken Wings halbieren, mit einem Küchentuch gut trocknen tupfen und in eine Schüssel geben. Chicken Wings mit Gewürzsalz und Hähnchen Gewürz würzen. Backpulver dazugeben und alles mit den Händen gut vermengen
Backgitter auf ein Backblech legen und die Chicken Wings gleichmäßig auf dem Gitter verteilen. Im heißen Ofen ca. 30 Minuten backen
Währenddessen Butter, frisch geriebenen Knoblauch, 1 EL Worcestersauce, Honig, Gewürzsalz, Chilisauce und 1 EL Essig in einen Topf geben und einmal aufkochen. Dann die Hitze reduzieren und leicht köcheln lassen, bis eine cremige Chili-Marinade entsteht
In der Zwischenzeit Crème fraîche und Quark zusammen in eine Schüssel geben. 1 EL Worcestersauce und 1 EL Essig unterrühren, mit Gewürzsalz und Pfeffermix würzen. Petersilie und Schnittlauch fein hacken und mit zur Quark-Crème-fraîche-Mischung geben. Anschließend alles gut zu einem Dip vermengen
Nach ca. 30 Minuten die Ofentemperatur auf 220 °C erhöhen und die Chicken Wings weitere ca. 15 Minuten kross backen
In der Zwischenzeit Sellerie in Stifte schneiden
Chicken Wings in eine Schüssel geben und die Chili-Marinade darüber verteilen. Chicken Wings gut durchschwenken, bis alle Chicken Wings mit der Mariande ummantelt sind. Chicken Wings auf Tellern anrichten und Sellerie-Stifte und Dip dazu servieren

Buffalo Chicken Wings
You'll love these, I promise. It'll be the best fried chicken you've ever had.
Ingredients:
6 chicken drums/wings
2 cups buttermilk
2 cups pickle juice
2/3 cup hot sauce
1 stick butter
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1.5 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Truffle salt (to taste)
Cayenne pepper (to taste)
Garlic powder (to taste)
1.5 cups potato starch
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp truffle salt
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp chili powder
Pepper (to taste)
1. Brine wings in buttermilk and pickle juice for 30 minutes.
2. Combine hot sauce, butter, mayo, vinegar, Worcestershire, truffle salt, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder in a small pot over medium heat until well combined.
3. In a medium bowl, combine potato starch, garlic powder, truffle salt, onion powder, chili powder, and fresh cracked pepper. Whisk to combine.
4. Dredge wings in potato starch mixture and tap off excess.
5. Fry wings at 325 Fahrenheit for 5-6 minutes or well cooked.
6. Heat oil to 375 Fahrenheit, then fry again a few minutes until golden brown.
7. Toss in buffalo sauce and enjoy. I dip mine in a combo of ranch and blue cheese, which is weird, but they're also perfect without added sauce.
