How To make Buckwheat Waffles
Buckwheat Waffles No. 2467 Yields 6 Servings
1 1/2 Cups Milk 1 LARGE Egg
2 Tbls Molasses 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
2 Tbls Butter 1/2 Cup Buckwheat Flour
1 Pkg Active Dry Yeast 1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Warm Water
Heat the milk in a (2 Qt.) saucepan just until bubbles form around the side of the pan. Remove from the heat. Stir in the molasses and butter. Allow to cool until just warm. Place the warm ((105 degrees-115 degrees) water in a medium bowl. Sprinkle the yeast over. Stir. Set aside to soften for 5 minutes. Beat the egg into the yeast mixture. Add the flours and salt, alternating with the warm milk mixture, stirring with a wire whisk until well blended. Cover the batter with a cloth and let rise in a warm place, away from drafts, until doubled in size (about 45 minutes). Heat the waffle iron. Ladle enough batter into the waffle iron to cover 2/3 of the grid. Use a spatula to spread the batter to the edges. Close the cover. Cook until the steaming stops. Use a fork to remove the waffle from the iron. Continue with the remainder of the batter.

Buckwheat Waffles
1 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Cup Buckwheat Flour
1 Banana
2 Tbsp Almond Butter
1 Tbsp Date Nectar (or maple syrup)
Dash of Salt
Step one: In a blender mix coconut milk, banana, almond butter, date nectar, and salt until well combined.
Step two: Add buckwheat flour into the mixture and mix till combined.
Step three: Use a waffle make, preheat and enjoy!

Chocolate Avocado Smoothie
1 Frozen Banana
6 Pitted Dates
1/2 an Avocado
2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
1-2 Cups of Water, depending the consistency you like
In a blender, blend all ingredients till well combined, this will take a couple minutes because dates take longer to blend.

Buckwheat waffles recipe, eggless gluten free healthy waffles, yet delicious
Buckwheat flour is an healthy gluten free alternate for wheat flour, all purpose flour. This is widely used in North India as kuttu ki atta. Especially in Farhali recipes during Navratri.
They prepare many recipes with it, but I have not used in my cooking so far. I prepared waffle with it for first time and we all like it.
It turns out crispy outside and soft inside because of the flax seeds we add as egg replacer. Flax seeds also add more nutritional value. So this is a nutrition packed breakfast or snack you can make for yourself and your kids that can keep you full too.

Ingredients for 6 waffles
3/4 cup Buckwheat flour
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp milk
1 & 1/2 tbsp melt butter
1/2 tbsp country sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
