How To make Buche De Noel
6 Eggs
1 c Granulated Sugar
1 c Cake and pastry flour
1 ts Baking powder
1 pn Salt
1 ds Vanilla Extract
1 Fruit Jelly or Jam
Beat eggs until foamy, then beat in sugar. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together and beat into egg mixture. Blend in vanilla. Grease a jelly roll pan, 17 by 11 inches. Spread with wax paper, grease paper, then sprinkle with flour. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake in oven preheated to 400 degrees until cake springs back when pressed with finger, 10 - 20 minutes. Turn cake out onto tea towel sprinkled with icing sugar. Roll up the shorter side, using towel to push cake into place, then unroll, trim off crisp edges, spread with jelly or jam, and roll up. Let cool on rack. Ice with a chocolate butter icing. Ends of "log" may be iced with a mocha icing and the log sprinkled as desired with icing sugar. From The Gazette 90/12/19. -----

- 4 œufs moyens à température ambiante
- 80 grammes de sucre
- 1 cuillère à soupe d'extrait de vanille
- 50 grammes de farine tamisée
- 70 ml d'huile de tournesol
- plaque à pâtisserie 35 cm. x 35cm.

2 ملاعق كبيرة مسحوق كاكاو غير محلى
1 ملعقة صغيرة بيكنج بودر
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
6 بيض كبار ، منفصلة بدرجة حرارة الغرفة
1 كوب سكر مقسم إلى 2
2 ملاعق كبيرة زيت نباتي أو زيت الكانولا أو زيت جوز الهند المذاب
1 و 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة من الفانيليا
* كريمة الكاكاو واللوز المخفوقة
1 كوب كريمة سائلة للحلويات باردة
1/2 ملعقة كبيرة ليكيور أو 1/4 اسانس اللوز
2 ملاعق كبيرة سكر بودره
1 ملعقة كبيرة مسحوق الكاكاو غير المحلى
1/4 كوب لوز مفروم ناعم (اختياري)
* غاناش (الكريمة على الوجه)
170 جرام شوكولاتة متوسط الحلاوه ، مفرومة ناعماً
3/4 كوب (180 مل) كريمة السائله للحلويات
يخبز بفرن ساخن على درجة حرارة 180 درجة لمدة بين ال 15 الى 20 دقيقة حسب الفرن. يلف على الفور عند اخراجه من الفرن ساخنا

1 and 1/4 cup (160 g) cake flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
Salt 1/2 tsp
6 large eggs, separate and at room temperature
1 cup sugar, divided into 2
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, canola oil, or melted coconut oil
1 and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
* Cocoa cream and almond whipped
1 cup of liquid cold whipped cream 1/2 tablespoon liqueur or 1/4 almond essence
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup finely chopped almonds (optional)
* Ganache topping
170gm medium sweet chocolate, finely chopped
3/4 cup (180 ml) of whipped cream
Bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. It wraps immediately when taken out of the hot oven

I made it with a birch concept. The white bush de noel that goes well with cream cheese is very impressive.
Cream cheese filling, moist chocolate roll cake sheet, and white chocolate cream cheese frosting are in fantastic harmony.
I designed the birch wood grain and planted mushrooms here. ^^
If you make it, it will be a special Christmas dessert.
