How To make Broccoli Rice Casserole Ii
2 pk Chopped broccoli OR
1 Bunch fresh broccoli
1 Stick oleo
1 c Cooked rice
Paprika 1/2 cn Cream of chicken soup
1 Onion, chopped
1/2 c Celery, chopped
1 c Chopped mushrooms
1 sm Jar Cheez-Whiz
1/2 cn Cream of Mushroom soup
Saute onion, celery and mushrooms in oleo until soft. Set aside. Heat soups and Cheez Whiz. Add rice and broccoli to vegetables. Add soup mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 F. for 25 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
*Rice*
1 1/2 cups rinsed long-grain rice
3 Tbsp chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp chicken bouillon powder
3 cups water
*The casserole ingredients*
4 to 4 1/2 cups cooked chicken rice
8 oz Velveeta cheese
8 oz sharp cheddar
1 lb frozen bag of chopped broccoli (thawed)
10.5 oz can of cream of mushroom
21 fl oz whole milk
season, salt & pepper to taste
*buttered 8x12-inch baking dish*
*bake at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes*

1 1/2 cup of water mixed with chicken broth
salt to taste
1 cup jasmine rice cook for 10 minutesq op
2 cups chopped broccoli
1/3 cup onion
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp minced garlic
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs onion powder
salt to taste
1 tsp creole seasoning
2 tbsp whole milk
2 tbsp sour cream
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp salad dressing & seasoning mix
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese for the topping
bake on 350 for 10 minutes or until your cheese is melted. Good luck!

4 cups broccoli cut in bite size pieces
2 cups cooked rice
4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup chopped onions
3 1/2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 cups milk
1/4 tsp black pepper
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
4 tbsp cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheese (your choice) and save some for topping
cook on 350 degrees for 35 minutes

This casserole might just be the thing that turns people around to broccoli, because it’s loaded with cheese and rice, and it can also be served with chicken. In addition, it’s not all that difficult to throw together, so you can make it again and again, or warm it up for leftovers if you have to. Broccoli Rice Casserole
RECIPE: Hi Guys, today I’ll show you How to Make a Broccoli Casserole with Rice. This is a perfect recipe to use leftover rice and make broccoli taste better than it does. Your kids will like this too because it’s creamy and cheesy.
I’ve washed and cut up the broccoli into bite size pieces. You can use the stems, just peel any tough parts off and cut them small like this. This is cooked white rice. Cheddar cheese, I just grated it on a box grater. Cream cheese, take it out of the fridge. Then you can prepare the other ingredients. This way the cream cheese will get a bit soft. Diced yellow onion and minced garlic. Whole milk. Butter and all purpose flour to thicken the sauce. A lot of recipes call for condensed cream soup in casseroles. Making your own sauce is really easy so no need to use the canned stuff. Heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees celsius. Heat up a pan, add the broccoli, a little water, salt and ground black pepper. Mix it up and cook it for about 2 minutes. See the broccoli is bright green, now we can turn the heat off. Set the broccoli aside. If there is any water left in the pot, save it with the broccoli. To the same pot, add butter. When it melts, add the all purpose flour. Stir and add the onions and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes. The garlic should lose its raw flavor and the onions will be a little soft. They don’t need to be very soft or cooked well. Pour in the milk, stir and bring up to a boil. Turn the heat down to low and add the cheddar cheese and cream cheese. Stir until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is smooth. Turn the heat off. Taste and add salt and red chili flakes. Add the rice and broccoli. Butter an oven safe dish. These white corningware dishes are really useful no matter what you’re cooking. Pour it all in there. Even it out, cover and bake in the heated oven for 30 to 45 minutes until hot and bubbly. My oven took about 40 minutes. It’s ready to eat just like this. If you want that pretty golden color on top, add some grated cheddar. Put under the broiler for 2 or 3 minutes and it will look like this. It’s creamy and cheesy without being loaded with cheese. It’s easy and definitely worth making.
