How To make Berry Yogurt Cheese Pie
1 qt Unflavored nonfat yogurt
1 pk Unflavored gelatin
2 c Low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 c Sugar
1 1/2 ts Grated lime peel
2 tb Lime juice
2 c Sliced strawberries
GRAHAM CRUST:
1 1/3 c Graham cracker crumbs
3 tb Sugar
1/3 c Butter or margarine,melted
1. Pour yogurt into a cloth-lined strainer set over a
deep bowl. Cover and chill at least 12 hours or up to next day. In a 1 to 1 1/2 quart pan, combine gelatin and 1/4 cup water; soften 5 minutes. Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves. In a blender or food processor, whirl drained yogurt, cottage cheese, sugar, peel, juice and gelatin mixture until smooth. Pour into crust. Cover and chill until firm, at least 4 hours or up to next day.
2. Top pie with berries.
*** GRAHAM CRUST *** In a 9" pie pan, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter or margarine. Press evenly over bottom and sides of pan. bake in a 350'F. oven 10 minutes. Cool. -----

Ingredients:
1 pack small Philadelphia cream cheese
2 small flavored blueberries yogurt
3:4 cup powder sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla
11/2 gelatine sheet
1 chocolate graham pie crust
For the blueberry jelly
1 small pack of fresh blueberries or frozen
1/2 cup white sugar or more
11/2 sheet of gelatine or powder unflavored

Ingredients:
????Cream Cheese 450gms (2 cups)
????Double Cream 500ml
????Crushed Digestive Biscuits 8-10
????Melted Unsalted Butter Half cup
????Sugar Accordingly - i have used 3/4th Cup
????Plain Creamy Yogurt Half Cup
????Gelatin 2 Tablespoons mixed in hot water
????Strawberries For Decoration (optional)
Method:
Whizz the biscuits to crumbs in a food processor, or tip into a food bag and crush with a rolling pin. Mix with the melted butter, then press into the base of a 20cm springform cake tin. Chill in the fridge until needed.
Put the cream cheese in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Tip in the double cream and continue beating until completely combined. Add sugar, gelatin and yogurt. Beat for a minute. Spoon the cream mixture onto the biscuit base, working from the edges inwards and making sure that there are no air bubbles. Smooth the top of the cheesecake down with the back of a dessert spoon. Leave to set in the fridge. Carefully remove the cake from tin before serving.

1 1/2 cups raw pecans
1 to 2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold, cut into small chunks
1 cup (approximately) yogurt (preferably full-fat) -- I think mascarpone cheese would also be yummy
2 pints or so fresh raspberries (you could also use other berries, or sliced stone fruit)
