How To make Beef Stuffed Peppers with Cheese Sauce
4 green peppers
salt 5 Tablespoons butter
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion -- sliced
pepper 1/4 cup whole wheat or white flour
2 cups milk
1 cup diced Cheddar cheese
Split the peppers lengthwise and remove seeds. Parboil the peppers in a small amount of boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain well. In a skillet melt 1 tablespoon of the butter and cook the beef and onion, breaking up the meat with a fork, until the meat loses its red color; pour off excess fat. Add 1 teaspoon salt and a dash of pepper. Fill the peppers with the mixture and arrange them in a shallow baking dish. Melt the remaining butter and blend in the flour. Gradually add the milk and cook, stirring, until thickened. Stir in the cheese and season to taste. Pour sauce over the peppers and bake in a preheated 350 oven for about 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.

3 bell peppers any color cut in half long
wise
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion diced
4 roma tomatoes
4 cloves of garlic diced
1 cup of marinara sauce or water is fine
2 cups pepper jack cheese save some for
topping peppers with
2 table spoons olive oil and some to
drizzle on top of peppers
1 cup long grain & wild rice
1 medium zucchini
salt & pepper to your taste
dash or 2 of Basil
bake at 350 covered with foil for 30 minutes or until peppers tender uncover and let get lightly brown on top drizzle on top

Beautifully colourful and a wonderful balance of flavours, try this Stuffed Pepper and Spicy Sauce recipe for yourself.
Preparation time: 50 minutes.
Difficulty: Normal
Calories per serving: Unspecified
Ingredients for 4 people:
1 kg of varied minced meat
3 onions
2 cloves of garlic
5 peppers
1 egg
1 can of chopped tomatoes
¼ litre of vegetable stock
1 heaped teaspoon of dried oregano
1 heaped teaspoon of dried basil
1 heaped teaspoon of sweet paprika powder
Salt and pepper
½ of a tube of tomato paste
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Chop 2 onions and garlic, fry in olive oil until soft, and then leave to cool. Mix carefully minced meat with onion and spices.
Cut off the top of 4 peppers and run under water for a few seconds. Season with the inside of the peppers with a little salt, stuff then with the meat mixture and put the top back on each pepper.
Set aside the rest of the minced meat mixture.
Chop the last onion and pepper. Fry the rest of the minced beef in olive oil until ‘crumbly’, sauté the chopped onions and pepper for about 5 minutes. Add the tomato purée and cook, stirring for about 1 minute. Deglaze with the vegetable broth and add the chopped tomatoes.
Place the 4 stuffed peppers in the pan and simmer over low heat for about 1 hour.
Serve with rice or potatoes.

Ingredients List

4 bell peppers
1 tbsp butter / or oil
250g lean beef mince
2 garlic cloves
1/2 white onion
Tops of bell peppers
Chilli peppers or scotch bonnet (optional)
2 spring onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley
1 tsp all purpose seasoning / or Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 cup chicken stock (or water)
1 cup sweet corn / peas etc (put your preference)
1 1/2 cup cooked rice
Mozzarella cheese (or cheese of choice)
for topping the peppers
Fresh parsley as garnish
Bake for 15-20 minutes on 180•C - 200•C

Easy & Delicious Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe | How to Make Stuffed Bell Peppers
Stuffed bell peppers are a family favourite. This recipe brings together colourful and sweet bell peppers, minced beef and your favorite cheese. This is a meal that you can enjoy on any day of the week and your little ones will love it too. Happy cooking!
***INGREDIENTS***
7 bell peppers
800g minced beef
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp paprika
3 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp garlic powder (optional)
2 tbsp veg oil
cheese of choice (I used mozzarella for the stuffing & parmesan for the garnish)
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
