2 Sticks Unsalted Butter
1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
2 Tbsp Hot Sauce
Juice Of 1 Lemon
2 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 Tbsp Paprika
1/2 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
24 Oz Large Deveined Shrimp

1/2 package spaghetti
1 tbsp chicken bouillon
Salt to taste
1/2 LB large shrimp
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups broccoli
1/2 each red and orange bell peppers
1/2 large onion diced
1 carrot
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
The sauce
1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
1 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame seed oil
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar

This Honey Ginger Garlic Shrimp & Broccoli is better than takeout!
Chef Dylan makes an easy week day dinner meal - Honey Ginger Garlic Shrimp & Broccoli - that is better than takeout. Watch his trick for making a pound of shrimp stretch for more people, and how he gets his sauces to be thick and delicious.
Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Lb. Local Shrimp, Split
3 Tbsp. Butter
¼ Cup Honey
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Lime Juice, (1 Rolled Lime)
1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp. Garlic, Minced
2 Tbsp. Ginger, Minced
1 Tsp. Chili Paste (more if you like it spicier)
2 Tbsp. Green Onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. Onion, Minced
1/2 Lb. Broccoli Florets, cut bite sized
Sesame Seeds
Cornstarch Slurry (equal parts water and starch)
Preparation:
1. In a large pan, melt the butter and sauté half of the garlic and the ginger. Once aromatic, add honey, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, chili paste.
2. Bring to a boil and slowly drizzle the cornstarch slurry into the boiling sauce until the desired thickness is achieved. Add the green onions and remove from heat.
3. In a wok, over medium-high heat with vegetable oil, sauté the broccoli florets until they start to brown on the edges (Add a splash of water to the wok to help steam a little faster). Remove from the wok using a slotted spoon and place on the side.
4. In the wok, add the remaining garlic and ginger, as well as the onion. Sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add the shrimp and sauté until almost cooked.
5. Add the broccoli, toss to mix.
6. Add the sauce to the wok and toss to combine everything.
7. Serve over white rice.
8. Garnish with sesame seeds and more green onions if desired.
TENDER Shrimp Cocktail
PERFECT - Every Time!
RECIPE:
Serves: 6
1 pound large shrimp
2 quarts boiling water
Ketchup
Prepared horseradish
Lemon wedges
Peel and devein shrimp. Keep the shells.
Place the shrimp shells in a strainer and drop into the boiling water for 2 minutes. Remove shells and discard.
When boil returns, add the shrimp and start timer for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes remove the shrimp to a paper towel.
DO NOT RINSE THE SHRIMP. Let the shrimp cool naturally and place in the fridge, about 10 minutes.
Make the cocktail sauce to your liking by mixing the horseradish with the ketchup.
