Citrus Barbecue Sauce; * 6 Swordfish steaks; ** * See Sowest 2 for recipe. ** You can use swordfish or salmon steaks but each should be about 1-inch thick and weigh about 5 ounces each. Prepare Citrus Barbecue Sauce and set aside. Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Place fish steaks in an ungreased rectangular baking dish, 13 X 9 X 2-inches. Pour 1 cup of the sauce over the fish. Bake, uncovered, until the fish flakes easily with a fork, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with remaining Citrus Barbecue Sauce.

????♀️ Hello everyone! Today we have a swordfish recipe that is easy and short, with a lime, butter and garlic sauce! Lime or lemon works perfectly! Definitely a foolproof recipe, even if you eyeball the ingredients! Let's try it!

????️ Ingredients:
2 tbps of butter, room temp 3 garlic cloves, minced finely Pinch of salt and pepper 1 tbsp lime/lemon juice 1 tbsp grated lime/lemon zest 1 tbsp of parsley
2 swordfish filets (6-7 oz each) Pinch of salt and pepper
???? Step by Step:
1. Clean swordfish with cold water and pat dry with paper towels 2. Add pinch of salt and pepper on both sides 3. Add minced 3 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp of lime/lemon zest, 2 tbsp of butter, 1 tbsp of parsley, and lime/lemon juice, pinch of salt and pepper to a small pot 4. Mix it together 5. Preheat oven to 400°F 6. On an oven proof pan, add oil over medium high heat 7. Once oil is hot, add the swordfish and brown for 2-3 minutes 8. Once browned, flip it over and place in oven’s middle rack for 5 minutes 9. Then place sauce over medium high heat and stir until it bubbles, remove from heat 10. Pour over swordfish and we are done!
