1 md Avocado 1 c Cooked soybeans 1/2 sm Onion, chopped 1 t Prepared mustard 1 tb Tomato puree Salt, to taste Whole wheat bread crumbs 1. Mix all the ingredients except bread crumbs together in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth. Put mixture into a bowl and add bread crumbs until the mixture sticks together enough to be formed into patties 2. Make two burger shaped patties and fry in oil until they're browned. Serve on buns with your favorite burger fixings!

Avocado Burger
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F/220 degrees C.
After you cut it into halves, peel the avocado. Slice every half.
Cut in halves the cherry tomatoes.
Cut the bread roll in halves, horizontally. Toast it.
Put the bread slices on a baking tray.
On every bread, put some avocado pieces, 4 cherry tomatoes halves.
Sprinkle some sea salt, top it with 2 Cheddar cheese slices and season it with pepper.
Bake it for 10 minutes.
