How To make Asian Vegetable Sauce
1 tb Sesame oil or chili oil
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1 tb Grated fresh ginger root
1 ts Cornstarch
1/4 c Coy sauce
2 tb Orange juice
1 tb Rice or white vinegar
1 tb Sherry, sake or mirin
1/4 lb Snow peas, ends trimmed
1/4 lb Fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 Carrots, peeled and thinly
-sliced 1 lb Soba noodles, fettuccini
-or -ravioli, cooked according -to package This deep mahogany sauce with snow peas, mushrooms and carrots turns soba noodles, fettuccini or ravioli into a delicious Asian pasta primavera. Combine oil, garlic, and ginger root in 2 quart microwave safe casserole. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 45 seconds. Combine cornstarch with soy sauce in small bowl and stir until smooth. Add soy sauce mixture to garlic ginger, along with orange juice, vinegar and sherry. Mix well. Microwave, uncovered, on high until boiling and slightly thickened, 2-3 minutes, stirring after 1 minutes. Stir after cooking until sauce is smooth. Add snow peas, mushrooms and carrots. cover tightly with lid, or plastic wrap turned back slightly on one side. MIcrowave on high until vegetables are tender crisp, 33-4 minutes, stirring once. Serve over ot cooked noodles or ravioli.

This gorgeous, luscious stir-fry will knock your socks off! It's so easy to make and is big on flavor.
VEGETABLE STIR-FRY
Ingredients
6-7 button mushrooms, sliced
½ medium red capsicum, cut into triangles
½ medium yellow capsicum, cut into triangles
½ medium green capsicum, cut into triangles
1 medium carrot, sliced
¼ medium broccoli, separated into florets
6-8 French beans, diagonally sliced and blanched
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
Salt to taste
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
100 grams tofu, cut into ½ inch cubes
½ tablespoon light soy sauce
1½ tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
Diagonally sliced spring onion greens for garnishing
Method
1. Heat oil in a non-stick wok. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add mushrooms and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add red capsicum, yellow capsicum and green capsicum and sauté for 1 minute. Add carrot and broccoli and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add French beans and sauté for 30 seconds. Add salt, crushed peppercorns and chilli flakes and sauté for 30 seconds.
4. Add tofu and sauté for 30 seconds. Add soy sauce and sweet-chilli sauce and sauté for 1 minute.
5. Serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.

SUPER QUICK & VERY EASY VEGETABLE STIR-FRY WITH GARLIC SAUCE
Hey guys, today we present a popular recipe that many of you have requested. Vegetable stir-fry with garlic sauce! This recipe is super easy to make... seriously... SUPER EASY!!! It's also an incredibly flexible recipe so feel free to use any vegetables to your liking. Who needs Chinese take out?
Ingredients
5 cups vegetables of your choice (chopped and sliced)*
5 cloves garlic (finely minced or crushed)
3/4 cup vegetable broth/stock
2 tsp thickening starch (cornstarch, potato starch or tapioca starch)
1 tsp sesame oil
salt to taste, depends on the sodium content of the vegetable broth
1-2 tbsp oil for cooking (2 tbsp will make it taste more like Chinese restaurant style stir-fry)**
Mix vegetable broth & starch and set aside. On high heat in a wok or large pan (use medium-high heat if using a non-stick/ teflon coated pan) add oil & minced garlic and fry for 5 seconds. Quickly add vegetables. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes constantly moving vegetables in the pan. If using low sodium vegetable broth, add in a good pinch of salt. When vegetables are a minute from being cooked, add vegetable broth mixture and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes until sauce has thickened. Do not overcook the vegetables so they still have a nice crunch. Remove from heat and drizzle in sesame oil. Mix and serve immediately. Enjoy!
*To make the cooking process easier we like to cut the vegetables according to their density/thickness so they all cook at the same time evenly. For example, thinly slice harder veggies such as carrots and vegetable stems. Cut softer vegetables like mushroom and bell peppers into manageable pieces but not too small. Broccoli and cauliflower work well as small florets.
**Use a high smoke point oil when cooking anything with high heat

Thai mix vegetable stir-fry is garlicky, crisp-tender, and loaded with a spicy, sweet, savory, and garlicky taste.
It is quick and easy, and the flavor of Thai fish sauce and Golden Mountain Sauce will change the way to look at vegetable stir-fry forever!
I will show you how to make a Thai-style mixed vegetable stir fry in this recipe.
Thai-style vegetable stir-fry is similar to Chinese vegetable stir-fry. The main difference is the inclusion of fish sauce and Golden Mountain sauce, giving you an authentic, unmistakenly Thai flavor.
And it usually does not thicken with cornstarch slurry, which means you have a thin sauce that is ideal for mixing with your Jasmine rice.

Ingredients A (vegetables)
200g Chinese broccoli (Gai Lan), separate the stems from the leaves
100g cauliflower, cut into small florets
50g carrots, cut into wedges
20 snow peas, remove the strings, and cut into half
6 baby corns
70g cabbage, cut into 2/inch pieces
5 dried shitake mushrooms, soaked to soften and cut into strip
Ingredients B (others)
1 tbsp chopped garlic
3 bird’s eye chili, bashed (optional)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Ingredients C (sauce)
2 tbsp Golden Mountain sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp water
Method
Preparation
- Separate the leafy and stem parts of the Chinese broccoli
- Cut the stem of the Chinese broccoli on the bias into thin slices.
- Separate the cauliflower into small florets,
- Cut the carrot into wedges by rolling it while slicing it.
- Soak the dry shiitake mushrooms in water until fully hydrated, then cut them into strips.
- Remove the fibrous string of the snow peas. Cut each pea into half on the bias.
- Cut the cabbage into two inches pieces.
Cooking
- Saute the chopped garlic and the bashed chilies with vegetable oil.
- Add the cauliflowers, cabbage, and carrots, and stir-fry over medium heat for two minutes. You may add a few splashes of water if it is too dry.
- Next, include the Chinese broccoli stems, the shitake mushrooms, and the premixed stir-fry sauce (Ingredients C). Stir fry for a minute.
- Lastly, include the leafy part of the Chinese broccoli and snow peas,
- Continue to stir fry over medium-high heat for half a minute, and it is ready to serve.`
