For this recipe you will need:

1 tb : Lemon Juice
8 : Prepared Crepes
1/3 c : Orange Juice
1 pk : (8-oz) Cream Cheese;
1/4 c : Sugar
1 1/2 ts : Lemon Peel; Grated
1/4 c : Butter; Softened
1 1/2 ts : Vanilla
1 ts : Lemon Rind; Grated
2/3 c : Apricot Jam
2 tb : Butter
Chicken Stew for supper and Angel Pillows cookies for dessert.
For the chicken stew you need chicken( any parts) carrots, potatoes, celery cornstarch. Boil the chicken,and veggies until done. If using chicken parts on the bone remove from broth and cut chicken off bone and return to pot. Remove 1 cup of the broth,add 2 tablespoons cornstarch, mix until smooth and stir slowly into pot. It will thicken up quickly. If it is not thick enough just repeat the steps with the cornstarch. If it is to thick add chicken broth or water season with salt and pepper
For the cookies you need: 1/2 cup butter, 3 ounces cream cheese , 1tablespoon milk, 1/4 cup packed brown sugar, 1/2 cup any kind of jam you like, 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoonsalt, and 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional.
Cream the butter cream cheese and milk together until smooth, beat in brown sugar, beat in preserves, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt, add to butter mixture, add nuts if using. Drop 1 tablespoon on lined or buttered cookie sheets, bake 10-12 minutes, remove to cooling rack.
