1 c Sugar
1/2 c Shortening
1 Egg
1 1/2 c Unsweetened applesauce
2 ts Baking soda
2 1/4 c All purpose flour
1/2 ts Ground cloves
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Raisins
1/2 c Nuts
Cream together sugar, shortening and eggs. Add applesauce in which soda has been dissolved. Sift in flour, spices and salt; add raisins and nuts. Drop several inches apart onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 300 about 15 minutes. -----

Today, I will be sharing with you how to make banana cookies. It's one of my children's favorite snacks. The recipe for these cookies is very simple, without using baking powder, baking soda, sugar, oil & flour, The COOKIES are very healthy and delicious!
1cup=250ml 1/4cup=60ml
Two ripe bananas
The weight of the peeled banana is about 170 grams
Put the bananas in a large bowl and mash them with a fork
Add in 1 cup of quick oats
1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
Add dried and chopped cranberries
Mix well
Prepare a large baking pan and line it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat
Dig a tbsp and put it on the baking tray
This recipe can make 12 small biscuits
Use the back of a spoon to gently press to form a small round shape with a diameter of about 6 cm
Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 175 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes
The taste of this biscuit is slightly chewy on the outside and very soft on the inside
This is a very healthy and simple recipe

135g (1 1/2 cups) rolled oats
- Bake 180°C / 350°F for 25-28 minutes

Recipe: Vegan Applesauce Cookies
These vegan applesauce cookies are really soft and are perfect for fall.
Vegan Applesauce Cookies:
2 1/4 cups (275g) flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 cup (125g) dairy-free margarine
1 cup (200g) brown sugar
1 cup (250g) applesauce
1 cup (200g) raisins
1 cup (125g) chopped walnuts (optional)
Cream the margarine. Cream with brown sugar. Add applesauce. Add dry ingredients. Fold in the raisins and nuts. Spoon onto a lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F or 180°C for 8-10 minutes.

Banana Oatmeal Cookies | Easy No Eggs No Flour No Sugar Cookie Recipe
i n g r e d i e n t s :
• 2 ripe bananas
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
• 1 1/2 cups (150 g) rolled oats
• 1/4 cup (50 g) dark chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup (50 g) pecans, chopped
• 1/3 cup (50 g) dried cranberries
Bake the cookies at 375ºF/190ºC for 20-22 min. This recipe makes about 15 cookies.
* The baking time and temperature are only a guide. As every oven is different, you may need to make adjustments to get the right result.
