Today, I will be sharing with you how to make banana cookies. It's one of my children's favorite snacks. The recipe for these cookies is very simple, without using baking powder, baking soda, sugar, oil & flour, The COOKIES are very healthy and delicious!
1cup=250ml 1/4cup=60ml
Two ripe bananas
The weight of the peeled banana is about 170 grams
Put the bananas in a large bowl and mash them with a fork
Add in 1 cup of quick oats
1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
Add dried and chopped cranberries
Mix well
Prepare a large baking pan and line it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat
Dig a tbsp and put it on the baking tray
This recipe can make 12 small biscuits
Use the back of a spoon to gently press to form a small round shape with a diameter of about 6 cm
Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 175 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes
The taste of this biscuit is slightly chewy on the outside and very soft on the inside
This is a very healthy and simple recipe

Easy Apple Cookies Recipe | Soft Applesauce Cookies
Welcome to “Kitchen with Somi”
Soft and Delicious Apple cookies. These apple cookies are soft, light and very easy to make. All you need is just a few minutes of work and no special baking skills required.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (115g) Butter, softened
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons (125g) Brown sugar
2 Eggs
2 cups (250g) Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
125g Apple paste
1/3 cup Dry Fruits
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200C (392F). Line two baking trays with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a bowl whisk butter and sugar until light and creamy. Add egg, vanilla extract and mix until combined.
3. Add applesauce and whisk until combined.
4. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
5. Add flour mixture into the wet mixture and mix just until combined. Add chopped walnuts and mix.
6. Scoop a portion of the batter and drop onto prepared tray.
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
Banana Oatmeal Cookies | Easy No Eggs No Flour No Sugar Cookie Recipe
i n g r e d i e n t s :
• 2 ripe bananas
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
• 1 1/2 cups (150 g) rolled oats
• 1/4 cup (50 g) dark chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup (50 g) pecans, chopped
• 1/3 cup (50 g) dried cranberries
Bake the cookies at 375ºF/190ºC for 20-22 min. This recipe makes about 15 cookies.
* The baking time and temperature are only a guide. As every oven is different, you may need to make adjustments to get the right result.

1/2 cup chopped cashews
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 cup pitted dates if hard then soaked in hot water for 5 minutes and then drained
1 egg
1/4 cup coconut oil melted
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1-2 Tbsp honey

PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE RECIPE
(makes 12 cookies)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup natural peanut butter (125g)
1/4 cup honey or agave (60ml)
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce (65g)
1 cup ground oats or oat flour (100g)
1.5 tbsp cornstarch or tapioca starch
1 tsp baking powder
NUTRITIONAL INFO (per cookie):
107 calories, fat 2.3g, carb 19.9g, protein 2.4g
Preparation:
In a bowl, add room temperature peanut butter, your sweetener and applesauce, beat with the mixer for 1 minute.
Add half of the oats, cornstarch and baking powder, and gently mix it in, until the dough starts to form.
Add the rest of the oats and mix until everything comes together.
If the dough is too sticky to work with, place the cookie dough in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Scoop the cookie dough (35-40 grams) and roll with your hands, you'll end up with 12 equal balls.
Flatten a bit and transfer to a lined baking tray.
Using a fork, press down each cookie to create authentic criss cross marks.
Bake cookies at 350F (180C) for 10 minutes.
Let it cool on a baking sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
When completely cool, serve and enjoy with your favorite milk.
