2/3 cup Milk (160ml)
1/2 cup all purpose flour
Salt to taste
2 tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
Instructions:
1- Pre heat oven to 425°F (220°C)
2- In a large bowl whisk eggs and milk together using a fork. Add flour and salt, mix well.
3- Add mozzarella cheese and parsley mix together.
4- Pour oil into an 8 inch pan and heat for 5-8 minutes in the oven.
5- Remove the pan carefully, pour the batter in and sprinkle black sesame seeds.
6- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Ingredientes:
▪️ 600-700g grated apples
▪️ 1 tbsp sugar
▪️ 1 tsp vanilla sugar
▪️ 1 tbsp lemon juice
▪️ 320g flour
▪️ 1 tsp baking powder
▪️ 200g cold butter
▪️ 4 egg yolks
▪️ 50g sugar
▪️ 1 tbsp sour cream
▪️ 4 egg whites
▪️ A pinch of salt
▪️ 200g sugar
Baking tin 20cm x 30cm (Approximately)
BAKE 180°C - 45 minutes
Method:
1. Mix 600g-700g grated apples with 1 tbsp of sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla sugar and 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Set aside.
2. Knead the dough with 320g of flour, 1 tsp of baking powder, 200g of cold butter, 50g of sugar, 1 tbsp of sour cream and 4 egg yolks.
3. Divide the dough into two parts. One smaller and the other larger. Wrap the smaller part in cling film and put it in the fridge.
4. Line the bottom of the baking tray lined with baking paper with the larger part of the dough.
5. Whip 4 egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Whipping, gradually add 200g of sugar.
6. Arrange the apples in a baking tray (squeeze out excess water!).
7. Then add the whipped egg whites.
8. Crumble the other part of the dough (from the fridge) on top.
9. BAKE 180°C - 45 minutes.

250g (1 2/3 cup) of flour 00
100g (1 cup) powdered sugar
125g (1/3 cup + 2 tbsp) of butter
a pinch of salt
1 egg
For the cream:
3 eggs
60g (1/3 cup) of sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
40g (1/4 cup) almond flour
200ml (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) whipping cream
2 apples
Sliced almonds
Powdered sugar for decoration
METHOD
In a bowl sift the flour and powdered sugar and mix well.
Add the butter and combine well with hands.
Add the egg and salt and make the batter with your hands. Cover with foil and leave in the fridge for 60 minutes.
Roll out the dough, put it on parchment paper and add to the mold.
In another bowl mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, almond flour, whipping cream and mix well.
Cut the apples into slices and align them on top of the batter.
Pour the mixture over the batter and add the almond slices.
Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 35 minutes.
Decorate with powdered sugar.

Apple pie is a classic French dessert that has gained popularity in many countries around the world. It is characterized by a tender and airy dough that goes well with juicy and aromatic apples.
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 cups of flour
- 4-5 apples
- 1 teaspoon of soda
- 1 teaspoon acetic acid
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- powdered sugar for decoration
Preparation:
Prepare the apples: wash, peel, core and cut into thin slices or cubes. Sprinkle cinnamon over the apples and stir.
