2 cn Apple pie filling
1/4 c Brown sugar
1 pk Butter pecan cake mix
1 c Pecans; chopped
1 c Margarine or butter
Spread 2 cans of apple filling in a 9x13" pan. Sprinkle the sugar, then cake mix, then pecans over apples. DO NOT STIR. Slice thin the 2 sticks of margarine or butter and layer over top. Completely cover cake. Bake at 350~ for 45 minutes to 1 hour. -----

Ingredients
Cherry-Pineapple Dump Cake:
One 21-ounce can cherry pie filling
One 15-ounce can crushed pineapple
1 box white cake mix (18 ounces)
1 1/2 sticks (12 tablespoons) butter
Peach Dump Cake:
1 large can peaches in syrup
1 box white cake mix (18 ounces)
1 1/2 sticks (12 tablespoons) butter
Whipped cream, for serving
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
For the cherry-pineapple dump cake: Dump the cherry pie filling and crushed pineapple into a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Stir together. Sprinkle the cake mix over the top of the fruit. Slice the butter into tablespoons and distribute evenly over the surface of the cake mix.
For the peach dump cake: Dump the peaches into a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the cake mix over the top of the fruit. Slice the butter into tablespoons and distribute evenly over the surface of the cake mix.
Bake until the tops are brown and bubbly, 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream.

Ingredients:
• 20 ounce can of apple pie filling
• 15 oz box yellow cake mix
• 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
• 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a 9 inch square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Spread the apple pie filling in an even layer in the bottom of the baking dish.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry yellow cake mix and 1 teaspoon of the apple pie spice. Use the whisk to break up any large clumps of cake mix.
4. Spread the dry cake mixture over the apple pie filling in an even layer.
5. Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix and use the back of a spoon to move the butter to try to get most of the dry cake mix covered.
6. Bake for 40 minutes or until the cake mix topping is lightly browned and baked through.

When people think of me, they probably think of grilling ribs, brisket, or steak. But I’m a dessert man, too. And, surprisingly, it’s quick and easy to make some decadent desserts right on the grill. Today I’m cooking up Apple Dump Cake on my Traeger Timberline 1300. And it’s going to be delicious!

WHAT HEATH USED:
• Glass Casserole Dish
• Royal Oak Charcoal Hardwood Pellets
• Ghiradelli Caramel Syrup
• Ghiradelli Chocolate Syrup
• Thermoworks Hi-Temp Silicone Spatula
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 20oz cans of apple filling
• 2 tspn ground cinnamon
• 1 1/2 cup of caramel squares, sliced in half
• 1 box of yellow cake mix
• 3/4 cup melted butter, 1 1/2 sticks
• Optional: caramel and chocolate syrup, ice cream
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350º, smoker to 360º.
2. In a medium sized bowl, mix together apple pie filling and cinnamon.
3. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish and smooth evenly with a spatula.
4. Arrange caramel squares on top of the mixture.
5. Top with yellow cake mix.
6. Pour melted butter evenly on top of the mixture. Add more cinnamon on top if you'd like.
7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is lightly brown and the edges are bubbling.
8. Scoop into serving bowls and top with ice cream and chocolate or caramel syrup.
