How To make Almond Butter Loaves
CRUST- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
2/3 cup margarine
soften
2 cups almonds, toasted :
chopped
1 cup flour, all-purpose
CAKE- 1 package cake mix * see note
3 eggs
2/3 Cup water
1/2 Cup butter or margarine :
soften
GLAZE- 1 Cup powdered sugar
1 Tablespoon water up to 2 TB
1/4 Teaspoon almond extract
4 Tablespoons almonds :
sliced,garnish
*Use a golden butter recipe cake mix for best results. Preheat oven to 375~. Grease and flour 2, 9x5" loaf pans. CRUST: Combine brown sugar and butter in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until light and fluffy. Stir in toasted almonds and flour. Blend well. Divide and press evenly into pans. CAKE: Combine cake mix, eggs, water and butter in large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into pans. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until tested done. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Invert onto cooling racks, crust side UP. Cool completely. GLAZE: Combine powdered sugar, water and almond extract in small bowl. Stir until smooth. Add water 1 tbls at a time until glaze is desired consistency. Spoon over colled loaves. Sprinkle sliced almonds over top. TOASTED ALMONDS: To toast almonds, spread in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake at 325~ for 6-8 minutes or until fragrant and light golden brown. Cool before chopping.

3 EGGS AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
100G/1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
250G/1 CUP SMOOTH/PLAIN PEANUT BUTTER
300G/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 TBSP BAKING POWDER
A PINCH OF SALT
250ML/1 CUP MILK
100ML/1/2 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
100G/3.5oz DARK CHOCOLATE 70%
EXTRA PEANUTS (UNSALTED)
IN A BOWL MIX EGGS AND SUGAR WITH A WHISK OR STAND/HAND ELECTRIC MIXER UNTIL NO SUGAR LUMPS REMAIN.
ADD VEGETABLE OIL AND CONTINUE MIXING.
WHEN WELL COMBINED ADD THE MILK AND THE PEANUT BUTTER..
MIX WELL..
GRADUALLY ADD THE FLOUR TO THE MIXTURE AND MIX UNTIL NO FLOUR LUMPS REMAIN.
ADD BAKING POWDER AND SALT AND MIX AGAIN..
GIVE A QUICK MIX WITH A SPATULA..
THE BATTER IS READY!!
POUR THE BATTER INTO YOUR GREASED AND FLOURED LOAF PAN..
ADD BIG CHUNKS OF CHOCOLATE AND UNSALTED PEANUTS ON TOP!!
BAKE IT IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 180C/350F FOR 50/55 MINUTES OR UNTIL A TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN..
CHECK THE LOAF AROUND 35/40 MINUTES ,AND IF THE TOP IS GETTING TOO BROWNED COVER WITH ALUMINIUM FOIL!!
LET IT COOL A BIT BEFORE TRANSFER IT TO A WIRE RACK TO COOL COMPLETELY!!

Hello Friends, I originally saw this recipe on TikTok and then found that creator's YouTube channel. If you don't follow Dylan, you should!!
Peanut Butter Loaf
*Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups flour
- 1/4 Cup sugar
- 4 Tsp baking powder
- 1/4 Tsp salt (pinch)
- 3/4 Cup of peanut butter
- 1 1/3 Cups non-dairy milk (I used oat milk)
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl add the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Whisk to combine.
2. In a large glass measuring cup or microwave safe bowl, add the peanut butter, oat milk & maple syrup.
3. Microwave the wet ingredients for 30 seconds to soften the peanut butter so that you can whisk everything together well.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and fold in until everything is combined, being careful not to over mix. The mixture will be thick.
5. Scoop into a greased loaf pan and smooth out. (I lined my loaf pan with parchment paper to make it easier to remove).
6. Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 10 to 1 hour and 20 minutes depending on your oven and altitude.
7. Let cool before removing from pan.
