From: Deborah Clough-FPRB99B 4 tablespoons Peanut butter
1 tablespoon Honey
1 1/2 ounces Rice Krispies
1 Banana
medium
1 package Chocolate pudding :
low-cal
2 cups Skim milk
Melt the peanut butter and the honey. Stir in Rice Krispies. Pat into a 9" pie pan. Mix pudding and skim milk. Slice banana over crust. Pour pudding over banana. Chill. Makes 4 servings. Each serving = 1 fat, 1/2 fruit, 1 protein, 1/4 bread, 1/2 milk and 45 optional calories. Formatted by Joyce Burton-PDPP83A.

3 Quick and Easy WW Desserts #2
Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream:
Rice Krispy Treats:
6 cups rice krispy cereal
4 cups or 8 oz marshmallows
4 Tbsp light butter spread (I used Brummel and Brown)
splash of vanilla
Heat butter spread in pan on low heat until melted. Stir in marshmallows unto melted. Add vanilla and stir. Mix in cereal until all incorporated together. Spread in 13X9 in dish and press down. Store in fridge to set up.
Makes 12 servings. MyWW SmartPoints per serving - Green: 5 SmartPoints / Blue: 5 SmartPoints / Purple: 5 SmartPoints At 16 servings all colors are only 3 Smart Points.

????Strawberry frozen yogurt sandwiches:
8 full graham crackers
2 cups fat free vanilla Greek yogurt
1 8 oz container of fat free whipped topping
2 cups chopped or pureed strawberries
Combine the yogurt, whipped topping and strawberries together. Place 4 graham crackers on the bottom of a parchment paper lined dish. Spread the yogurt mixture over the tops of the graham crackers and top with remaining graham crackers. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 5 hours. Once frozen, cut into individual sandwiches. These are best when you allow them to defrost for a few minutes before eating.
Makes 8 servings. MyWW SmartPoints per serving - Green: 5 SmartPoints / Blue: 5 SmartPoints / Purple: 5 SmartPoints **Thanks to a viewer's comment, I realized the Kroger brand whipped topping is 4 points higher than the Cool whip brand I used to use and calculated in the WW app to come up with the points. When recalculated with the Kroger whipped topping, these are 6 points!

Chocolate-Hazelnut Dessert Pizza
It’s grilled chocolate-hazelnut pizza and it’s exactly as delicious as it looks!
???????????????? ????????????’???????? ????????????????:
∙4 sprays cooking spray
∙10 oz room-temperature whole-wheat pizza dough
∙¼ cup hazelnut and chocolate spread
∙1 medium sliced banana
∙1 cup raw sliced strawberries
???????????? ???????? ???????????????? ????????:
1. Coat grill rack or grill pan with nonstick spray. Preheat to medium-high heat or prepare medium-high fire. On a piece of parchment paper, pat or roll dough into a 10-inch circle. Coat top of dough with nonstick spray.
2. Arrange dough, coated side down, on hot grill rack; grill until bottom of dough is well marked, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove dough from grill, coat top of dough with nonstick spray, and put back on grill, coated side down. Grill until bottom of dough is well marked, 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Remove crust from grill. Immediately spread hot crust with hazelnut-chocolate spread. Top with banana and strawberry slices. Cut into 8 wedges.
Serving size: 1 wedge

Ingredients:
2 1⁄2 cups dry mix protein pancake mix (I used Krusteaz Buttermilk)
4 Tbsp PBfit Pure peanut powder
4 large Eggs
3 medium Bananas, about 1 1/2 cups mashed
1 cup Member's Mark Nonfat plain Greek yogurt or fat free sour cream
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tsp Vanilla extract
1⁄3 cup Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol (or no calorie sweetener of choice)
1⁄2 cup Plain unsweetened almond milk
70 gm Lily's Semi-Sweet Style Baking Chips
In a large bowl, mash up bananas well. Add in eggs, yogurt, applesauce, vanilla, sweetener, milk and mix well. In a medium bowl, mix pancake mix and PBfit poweder together. Pour dry ingredients into wet and mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill muffin cups to almost full, this will give you 20 muffins. Bake at 400F for about 15-18 minutes, or until slightly browned.
