Note: Rice cookers have a preset that automatically switches from cook to warm setting once it thinks the rice is done. Since we're cooking cake instead of rice, we need to trick it into thinking that it's still cooking rice when making this cake. Simply switch back to the cook setting whenever the switch flicks back to the warm setting until the cake is made.
My Rice cooker flicked back around 6 times while making this cake).
Try this rice cooker method at your own risk, and try only if you have a good quality cooker and the proper voltage (240).

Ingredients:
1 cup milk (Regular fresh milk)
1/2 cup oil (Regular Oil)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
Method:
Grease the rice cooker tin and line the bottom with parchment paper.
Add in the milk, oil, and vanilla extract in a bowl and keep that aside.
Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in a large bowl.
Then add sugar and mix well.
Now add the milk mixture little by little.
Combine wet and dry ingredients together (don't over mix the batter).
Pour the batter into the prepared tin and cook the cake in the cooking mode for 35 to 40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
Remove the cake from the tin and leave it to cool completely before decorating.
Note: The same batter can be baked in an oven at 180C for 25- 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.

재료 : 귤, 바나나, 키위, 포도, 망고, 오렌지 등 집에 있는 과일 무엇이든 가능, 찹쌀가루 2컵, 끓인물 2컵, 설탕 3큰술, 소금 1큰술, 팥앙금 300그램, 고구마 앙금 300그램, 전분가루 조금, 볶은서리태콩가루 등
레시피 :
1. 여러가지 좋아하는 과일을 깨끗히 씻어서 물기를 닦아 준비한다.
2. 믹싱볼에 찹쌀가루 2컵, 끓인물 2컵, 설탕 3큰술, 소금 1큰술을 넣고 반죽기로 1차
익반죽(끓인물로 반죽하는 것)을 한다(손으로 치대줘도 됨)
* 여기서 중요한 것은 찹쌀가루와 끓인물의 비율이 중요(1:1)
3. 2를 래핑, 포크로 숨구멍을 내준 후 2분간 전자렌지에 돌려준다
4. 2분후 랩만 열어서 다시 2차 반죽기를 돌려준 다음 다시 2분간 전자렌지에 돌린다
5. 2분후 한소끔 식혀서 치대주면 완성
6. 쟁반에 전분가루(옥수수전분, 고구마전분, 감자전분, 콩가루 모두 가능)를 뿌린다
7. 과일에 팥앙금이나 고구마 앙금을 감싸며 붙여준 후 5(찹쌀떡)을 동글동글하게 모양을 만들어가면서 붙여준다
8. 모양이 예쁘게 완성되면 쟁반위에 뿌려둔 전분가루에 굴려준다
9. 하나씩 썰어주면 정말 예쁘고 먹음직스런 과일찹살떡 완성
*과일을 미리 썰어서 모양을 일률적으로 해도 예쁘지만, 과일의 모양을 살려서 큼직하게 만든 다음 여러가지 모양으로 썰어도 예쁘고 맛있다
* 휴일에 아이들과 재미삼아 같이 한번은 만들어먹을만 해요. ㅋ ㅋㅋ

Ingredients:

Directions:
1. Wash various fruits and wipe dry.
2. Put 2 cups of glutinous rice flour, 2 cups of boiled water, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of salt into the mixing bowl and put it into the kneader first
Knead the dough (you can knead it by hand)
*It is important that the ratio of glutinous rice flour and boiled water is 1:1.
