8 c Salad greens, torn 2 c Strawberries, sliced 3 Kiwifruit, coarsley chopped 1 Avocado, bite-size pieces 2 c Fresh blueberries
POPPY SEED DRESSING:
1/3 c Olive oil 3 tb Malt or cider vinegar 1 1/2 ts Poppy seeds 1 ts Granulated sugar, or honey 1/4 ts Pepper In a large bowl, arrange greens, strawberries, kiwifruit and avocado. Poppy Seed Dressing: in small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, poppy seeds, sugar and pepper. Pour dressing over lettuce mixture and toss.
