1 Rice,boil in bag (family siz
1 Lowfat Yogurt (Vanilla);8oz
2 tb Honey
1/2 ts Cinnamon;optional
1 1/2 c Strawberries
Bluesberries Raspberries; chopped Peaches;or combination Cook rice according to pkg directions; drain Cut bag open and empty into medium bowl; cool to room temp. Stir in yogurt, honey and cinnamon; cover and chill. Just before serving, layer with or stir in fruit. Makes 4 servings, about 3 1/2 cups pudding.
