How To make Spinach Fettucine with Ginger Chicken Daley
FOR THE MARINADE/DRESSING
1/3 c Chopped shallot (2 large)
1 Garlic clove :
Peeled&chopped 1/8 ts Crushed red pepper flakes
1 t Dried thyme
2 ts Freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tb Dijon-style mustard
2 tb Reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tb Rice wine vinegar
1/4 c Dry white wine
2 ts Honey
3 tb Grated fresh ginger
8 oz Chicken breast boneless
8 oz Dried spinach fettucine
1/2 c Chicken stock :
fat skim
Off 1 md Yellow squash trimmed
Cut into matchsticks 1 md Red bell pepper :
trimmed
Into strips 1 lg Leek, white part only --
Trim Into 1" half rounds 2 c Broccoli florets -1 bundle
1 c Chopped mushrooms
1/4 c Snipped fresh chives
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put all the marinade/dressing ingredients (these are the ones that being with the chopped shallot and end with the grated fresh ginger) in a blender and mix thoroughly at low speed. Place the chicken in a shallow baking dish. Pour half of the mixture from the blender over the poultry, reserving the remainder. Cover and refrigerate the chicken for 20 minutes. While the chicken is marinating, bring a large pot of water to boil over high heat. Add the fettucini and cook for 8 to 12 minutes, to desired doneness. In the meantime, remove the chicken from the refrigerator. Uncover the baking dish and transfer it to the oven. Bake for 15 minutes, until the meat is no longer pink and the juices run clear. When the pasta is cooked, remove the pot from the heat. Drain the fettucini and return it to the pot. Stir in the chicken stock and keep the mixture warm over the lowest heat setting. Pour the cooking juices from the chicken into a saute' pan. Add the squash, bell pepper, leek, broccoli and mushrooms. Saute for about 3 minutes, just until the vegetables begin to wilt. Transfer the pasta to a warm serving bowl, along with the vegetables. Shred the chicken on top. Add the reserved dressing and toss. Garnish with the snipped chives. DESCRIPTION FOR MATAR MUSHROOM CURRY:
This is a very yummy delicious preparation of MUSHROOM. It is called (GOBRE CHYAU) in Nepali. You can present it as both curry or masala. Its really very quick and Easy yet very very tasty. I am sharing a comforting and extremely flavorful restaurant style MATAR MUSHROOM recipe that uses simple ingredients. A pretty straight forward recipe that’s easy to make even for newbie cooks. This is made with a smooth tomato and butter based gravy. you can just use this recipe as a base and skip either peas or mushroom. Different vegetables can also be added. Give this MATAR MUSHROOM a try and you are sure to get mesmerized with its delicious taste and the ease of the curry preparation. I am pretty sure that you are often going to make it after you give it try.
Ingredient list for MATAR MUSHROOM CURRY :
Mushrooms (sliced thick) – 1kg
Tomato Puree - 1 Cup
Red onion (finely Chopped) – 2 piece medium size
Green Onion – ½ Cup
Green Chillies - 4 pieces (longly chopped)
Salt to taste or 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
Tej patta – 2 leafs
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli flakes- 2 tsp or to taste
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 3 Tbsp
Green peas - 1 cup
Ginger /Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Butter - 4 tbsp
Cilantro - 2 tbsp

How to Cook: How to Cook Spinach 2 min!
Ingredients:
1 pound fresh spinach
1 tsp lemon juice
1 medium fresh garlic, pressed or chopped
1 TBS extra virgin olive oil
salt and cracked black pepper to taste
Optional:
chopped tomato
kalamatta olives
cashews
goat cheese
a few drops soy sauce
Directions:
Chop or press garlic and let it sit for 5 minutes to bring out its health-promoting benefits.
Bring lightly salted water to a rapid boil in a large pot.
Cut stems off spinach leaves and clean well. This can be done easily by leaving spinach bundled and cutting off stems all at once. Rinse spinach leaves very well as they often contain a lot of soil.
Cook spinach in boiling water for 1 minute.
Drain and press out excess water. Toss in rest of ingredients while still hot.

???? Mutton BIRIYANI | Rice & Lamb recipe | Kravings
This is one of the Biriyanis that is on that Biriyani hall of fame. There are so many different types of Biriyani, and depending on where you’re from, the taste is different even though the ingredients are practically the same. I’ve made different Biriyani recipes on the blog/channel and I’m sure this one won’t be the last.
Biriyani Masala -
Here are the ingredients and steps to make this recipe!
Mutton BIRIYANI
Ingredients
• 2 cups sliced red Onions
• ¼ cup green chilles slices
• Salt
• Handful of nuts – Almonds and Cashews
• 2 lbs 8 oz bone in Mutton cut in small 1 inch pieces
• 4 tsps each of ginger and garlic paste
• 4 tbsps of Biriyani Masala
• ½ cup yogurt.
• Oil for frying
• 1 -2 Potatoes, sliced
• 4 cups chopped Tomatoes
• 2 tbsps of ghee
• Whole spices - cardamoms green and black, cloves, cinnamon, & star anise
Instructions
• Soak the saffron in ¼ cup of warm milk
• Heat some oil and start frying the onions
• Add ¼ cup green chilles slices
• Remove golden brown, take half out and leave aside, also remove the chillies
• Keep browning the rest and they should be getting really dark but not burnt
• Add some salt to help caramelize the onions
• Add a handful of almonds & cashew nuts and take them out of the pan and leave aside.
• Marinate 2 lbs 8 z – over 1 kg of mutton with the juice of a lime, 2 tsps each of ginger and garlic paste, 2 tbsps of Biriyani Masala, Salt and ½ cup yogurt
• In some hot oil, saute all my meat till you get a bit of color
• Add 2 tsps each Ginger and Garlic paste and 2 tbsps of Biriyani masala
• Add the onions and chilies back in
• Mix everything well together, add 4 cups of chopped Tomatoes and salt to taste, mix again and let this cook for 30 - 45 mins.
• In the last 2-3 minutes add the half done potatoes to the gravy and leave it aside
• In a pot heat 2 tbsps of ghee or clarified butter and throw in some whole spices like cardamoms green and black, cloves, cinnamon, & star anise.
• They will start sizzling, add water to the pot together with salt to taste and bring to the boil.
• Add the Basmati rice in after it’s been washed and drained and cook for 15 minutes.
• As soon as you see the water bubble to the top, turn the heat down to low as you only want to cook this rice till it’s half cooked
• Drain this rice well
• In an oven proof pot or dish, layer in half of the meat and gravy
• Follow this with a ½ the rice and drizzle in some of that saffron milk
• Add another layer of the meat with the potatoes and the final layer of rice
• Drizzle in the rest of the saffron milk .
• Cover with the fried onions and nuts we reserved earlier
• Use a pinch of orange food colouring to the top layer of the Biriyani
• Add some halved boiled eggs
• Cover with tin foil and cook in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 – 45 mins
• Once done, dig in to all those layers and serve
• Add some fresh coriander and mint leaves and serve this with a side of raita
