How To make Second Time Casserole
1/4 c Butter or margarine
1/2 c Onion,chopped
3 tb Flour
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Tabasco pepper sauce
2 c Milk
1 ts Lemon juice
1/8 ts Nutmeg
1 pk Spinach,chopped,frozen(10oz)
4 Potatoes,Idaho,baked/chilled
1/2 lb Ham,cooked,chopped(1.5c)
1. Melt butter in a medium-size saucepan; add onion and cook until
tender. 2. Blend in flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and Tabasco sauce.
3. Stir in milk, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and
comes to a boil. 4. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice, nutmeg and spinach.
5. Peel cooked potatoes; cut into 1/8-inch slices.
6. Place a layer of potatoes in a greased 2-quart casserole; sprinkle
with 1/4 teaspoon salt. 7. Sprinkle with half the ham and half the spinahc sauce.
8. Repeat with remaining potatoes, remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt, ham
and sauce. 9. Cover and bake in preheated 375'F. oven 45 minutes, or until heated
through. NOTE: To bake potatoes: Scrub, dry and prick with a fork. Bake in preheated 425'F. oven 55 to 65 minutes, or until soft. Chill before slicing.

This dish is super creamy, easy and fast. You will love it guaranteed.
You will need:
60 g butter
100 g freshly grated parmesan cheese
3 chicken breasts 500 g
1 whole head of cauliflower/ 2 pounds
1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp corn starch
*seasoning for the chicken:
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp tarragon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
*seasoning for the cauliflower:
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper or black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
PREPARATION:
Start by rinsing, cutting and boiling the the cauliflower florets for 10 minutes. Make sure they're not too soft.
Slice 3 chicken breasts into relatively thin slices.
move the chicken into a bowl and add the corn starch, seasonings and half of the amount of butter/ the 30 g. Mix well the spread in a baking dish and set aside.
Drain the cauliflower well from all liquid. Move to a bowl, add the rest of the butter, the cream, seasonings and half the amount of parmesan cheese. Mix well and spread on top of the chicken, add the rest of the parmesan and bake uncovered in the oven.
For best results, you're going to bake at 375°f convection oven for 35-40 minutes or 395°f if you don't have convection oven, meaning there is no fans or air circulation inside the oven.
