do you feel bloated? here is a quick natural home remedy to reduce bloated stomach pain, gas with a simple herbal tea ready in 10 mins, healthy and easy to make at home.
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp organic jeera (cumin seeds), 1/2 tsp organic coriander seeds, 1 tsp saunf (fennel seeds), 3 black peppercorns, a small piece ginger, 3 cups of water.
Lightly crush the seeds and ginger, add to water and bring to a boil, simmer for 6 mins, turn off flame, cover for 2 mins. Strain and serve. Have the tea early morning till mid afternoon for best results.

How to make a BASIC BUBBLE RECIPE
This is a basic bubble mixture using simple household ingredients.
I wanted to show you a fast and easy way to make bubbles without any crazy ingredients. With this BASIC BUBBLE RECIPE you will be able to create your own bubbles and this mixture can also be used for your bubble machines at home.
INGREDIENT LIST:
- 1 CUP Room temperature Water ( 20–22 °C OR 68–72 °F
- 1/2 CUP Hot Water (Careful when handling)
- 2 TBSP Sugar (Any Sugar is fine)
- 1/2 CUP DISH SOAP (Dawn is my favorite)
Tips:
- Dilute the sugar with the hot water before mixing all components together
- Avoid creating too many suds when mixing
- Make sure you use a clean bowl when mixing- any dirt or chemicals can destroy the bubbles
- Filtered water is the best
