How To make Rotini and Crab
8 oz Rotini -- or corkscrew
Pasta 20 oz Bag Frozen Broccoli -or-
1 1/2 lb Fresh Broccoli
2 tb Margarine
reduced
Calorie 1 tb Olive Oil
1 ts Garlic :
minced
2 md Zucchini sliced
1/4 c Scallions :
sliced
12 oz Crab Meat
2 oz Grated Parmesan Cheese
Divided 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
Cook pasta; add broccoli 5 minutes before end of cooking time. Cover pot, return to boil Cook 5 more minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water; set aside. Heat margarine and oil, add garlic, zucchini, scallions and crab; cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add pasta and broccoli and heat through. Add 1 ounce cheese, salt and pepper. Garnish with remaining ounce of cheese before serving. Makes 8 servings. This is good hot (as a main diah) or cold (as a salad). Leftovers are great for lunches. Southern Macaroni Crab Salad Recipe:
1 16 oz box pasta
1 16 oz pack crabmeat
1 lemon optional squeezed to rinse imitation crab
1 - 1 1/4 cup mayo
1/2 miracle whip
1 onion diced
1 small red bell pepper diced
1 small green bell pepper diced
1/4 cup sweet relish
1/2 - 1 tsp old bay seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
black pepper to taste
salt to taste
hot sauce
1 tbsp sugar granulated
Chill in the refrigerator before serving.

This crab pasta in a simple lemon butter sauce with garlic and white wine is one of the quickest and tastiest recipes you can whip up with minimal ingredients and loads of flavour!
This pasta recipe made with linguine (or other long pasta) and cooked crab is one of the simplest and speediest dishes you will make. Add lemon, garlic, butter a touch of white wine and Parmesan cheese to see how the simplest ingredients can produce remarkable taste.
T his recipe uses already prepared fresh crab. However, if you have access to high quality crab, the pasta dish will taste even better if you cook it yourself! I used premium quality cooked crab from a deli. You can also use good quality canned crab if it’s easier and more affordable. I am not fussy of what type of crab you will use. King crab, brown crab…basically anything you can afford.

½ lbs linguine, spaghetti or pasta of your choice
3 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic
75ml/1/3 cup dry white wine
½ lemon, juice only
200g/1 cup ready to eat crab meat
50g/1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
