You’ll need:
• 2 cups all-purpose flour (spooned & leveled - *see notes below)
• ½ tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• 2 tsp cornstarch
• ½ cup unsalted butter (melted & cooled)
• ½ cup light brown sugar (spooned & leveled - NOT PACKED)
• 2/3 cup condensed milk
• 1½ tsp vanilla extract
• 2/3 cup butterscotch chips/morsels + more for toppings
Makes 16 delicious cookies
* Using 2” cookie scoop in the video
:: HELPFUL HINTS ::
* Do not OVER BEAT the dough and OVER BAKE the cookies to prevent a dry and tough texture.
* Pull them out of the oven once they have flattened out and you see cracks on the surface. They may look undone in the center, but will firm up as they cool. Let cookies rest for 3-5 minutes in baking pan and transfer to wire rack to finish cooling completely.
* Measure your flour correctly (spoon & level method). Adding too much flour will result to dry and crumbly texture when baked. Fluff your flour with a spoon, spooned it into your measuring cup, and use the back of the knife to level the excess flour off.
Happy baking!

Super soft, chewy, and studded with chocolate!
Here is what you'll need!
The Best Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Servings: 12
INGREDIENTS
½ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup butter, melted
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
4 ounces milk or semi-sweet chocolate chunks
4 ounces dark chocolate chunks (or your preference)
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
In a large bowl, whisk together the sugars, salt, and butter until a paste has formed with no lumps.
Whisk in the egg and vanilla, beating until light ribbons fall off the whisk.
Sift in the flour and baking soda, then fold the mixture with a spatula, being careful not to overmix too much. This will cause the gluten in the flour to toughen which will result in cakier cookies.
Fold in the chocolate chunks evenly, then chill the dough for at least 30 minutes. For a more intense toffee-like flavor and deeper color, chill the dough overnight. The longer the dough rests, the more complex its flavor will be.
Scoop the dough with an ice-cream scoop onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, leaving at least 4 inches of space between cookies and 2 inches of space from the edges of the pan so that the cookies can spread evenly.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges have started to barely brown.
Cool completely, and enjoy!

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Breakfast Squares To-Go!
Just 7 ingredients, vegan, freezer-friendly breakfast squares that are perfect for taking as a healthy on-the-go breakfast or snack!
Make them here:
I’ve also been getting a lot of questions about how I can eat chocolate as a vegan or what brand of chocolate chips I use in my recipes, and the answer is Enjoy Life Foods.
Trust me, if you haven’t tried their mini chocolate chips yet, do yourself a favor and go buy a bag as soon as you possibly can, because they are ridiculously good!!! They’re also free from soy, gluten, eggs, dairy, and nuts, which is probably why they taste so much better than other brands of chocolate chips: With just 3 ingredients, you’re getting real chocolate instead of a bunch of filler ingredients, and it makes a big difference. The chocolate chips also come in mega chunks and dark chocolate morsels, but my favorite are the mini ones. I make sure to have at least two bags in my kitchen cabinet at all times: one for baking… and one for eating ????????

1. In a bowl add 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Now whisk together and set it aside.
2. In a separate bowl add 1 cup unsalted softened butter, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 2 large eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
3. Using an electric hand mixer and mix that on medium speed until it’s well combined
4. Now add in the flour mixture and 2 cups rolled old-fashioned oats and blend them together using an electric hand mixer.
5. Then add 1 1/2 chocolate semisweet chocolate chips 1 cup walnuts, chopped, and Mix with a spatula.
6. Once your cookie dough is well-combined scoop out mounds of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. You’ll want to use a medium to large cookie scoop here. Mine fits approximately 2 tablespoons.
7. You can drop the cookies directly onto the parchment paper and bake them from there or I like to roll them into balls before baking. They just look prettier that way, but that’s definitely optional. Now bake your cookies in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 11 minutes.
