1 pn Salt
1 pn Cinnamon
1 ts Canola oil
1/2 c Low-fat yogurt

1 pk Frozen strawberries

1 tb Granulated sugar
2 ts Cornstarch
Or, bake in greased 9x5x3" loaf pan for at 350 deg F for 1 hour, or until done. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. Stir together flour, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl. Add egg, mix with fork until crumbly. Spread over berries. Dot with small pieces of butter or margarine. Bake at 375 deg F for 45-50 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream, topping, or ice cream. NOTE: 4 cups frozen unsweetened berry slices may be used instead of fresh. Mix together oatmeal, flour and brown sugar. Add nuts. Cut in butter or margarine until crumbly. In another bowl, mix strawberries and white sugar together. Grease an 8" square pan. Spread half the crumb mixture on bottom. Cover with strawberries. Spread remaining crumb mixture over top.

Greek Yogurt Pancakes with Fresh Strawberry Sauce
Ingredients:
Pancake Batter:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup Greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Butter or oil for cooking
Sauce:
• 300 g strawberries
• 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions:
• In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
• In another bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, milk, egg, and vanilla extract until well blended.
• Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
• Note: To prevent burning and ensure thorough cooking, use low heat if using butter or oil for cooking, as both can burn faster before the middle of the pancake is thoroughly cooked. Alternatively, you can choose to cook without greasing the pan (on medium heat) or by adding a small amount of oil directly to the batter. On a nonstick pan, it works perfectly.
• The batter is enough to make around 6 5-inch pancakes.
• Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. If using butter or oil, apply a small amount to coat the surface and turn the heat to low.
• Pour 1/3 cup portions of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
• Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
• Repeat with the remaining batter.
• For the sauce, blend strawberries with sugar into a sauce-like mixture.
• Pour the strawberry sauce over the pancakes.

????Pancakes
► 2½ cups (300g) all-purpose flour
► 1 Tbsp. (12.5g) sugar
► 2 tsp (8g) kosher salt
► 1 tsp (4g) baking powder
► 1 tsp (4g) baking soda
► 2½ cups (20oz.) milk
► 8 Tbsp. (112g) (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
► 2 eggs, whites and yolks separated
► Butter for the pan
???? Strawberry Sauce
► 1 pint of strawberries, stemmed and chopped
► ¼ cup (50g) sugar
► 1 tsp (3g) corn starch (For cornstarch slurry: mix 1 tsp cornstarch with 2 tsp water)
► Cream Cheese Glaze
► 2 oz. cream cheese, softened
► 2 Tbsp. (28g) butter
► 1 cup (130g) powdered sugar
► ½ tsp (2mL) vanilla
► 2-3 Tbsp. (28-24mL) milk
???? Instructions
1.In a large bowl, add the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda and whisk to combine.
2.In a medium bowl or liquid measuring cup, add the milk, melted butter, and egg yolks and whisk to combine.
3.Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and gently fold with a rubber spatula until just combined.
4.Add the egg whites and fold until just combined. Be sure not to overmix. Some lumps are okay.
5.Let the batter rest for 15-30 minutes at room temperature.
????For the cream cheese glaze
6.Make the cream cheese glaze by mixing cream cheese, butter, sugar, vanilla, and milk in a medium mixing bowl. Set aside.
????For the strawberry sauce
7.Make the strawberry sauce by placing the strawberries and sugar in a medium sauce pan and heat over a medium flame and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Turn the heat down to a low simmer and stir occasionally for 15 minutes. Stir in the corn starch slurry and simmer for another 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside.
8.Over medium heat, melt a pat of butter and pour the batter in 1/4 cup batches on a skillet. Place several pieces of strawberries on each pancake before flipping it. Cook each pancake for about 2 minutes or so on each side.
9.Serve by drizzling each serving with cream cheese glaze and top with the strawberry sauce. Enjoy!

Quick & Easy: STRAWBERRY TOPPING recipe
Ingredients:
1lb strawberries
1/3 c sugar (you can add more if you want sweeter taste)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c water
pinch of salt
red food coloring (optional)
direction:
1. mix together water, vanilla, cornstarch, salt & red coloring if using.
2. wash strawberries and remove stems. Cut or slice berries on your desired size.
3. in medium heat; combine strawberries and sugar then add the liquid mixture.
4. cover and bring to a boil.
5. uncover and continue cooking 3-4 mins. or until syrup becomes thick.
6. remove from head. cool & refrigerated until needed.
