தேங்காய் எண்ணெய் - 2 மேசைக்கரண்டி
கடுகு - 1 தேக்கரண்டி
வெங்காயம் - 1
பூண்டு

பச்சை மிளகாய் - 2
கறிவேப்பிலை
தக்காளி - 2
கல் உப்பு - 1 தேக்கரண்டி
மஞ்சள் தூள் - 1/4 தேக்கரண்டி

மல்லி தூள் - 1 தேக்கரண்டி
சீரக தூள் - 1 தேக்கரண்டி
தண்ணீர் - 1/2 கப்

செய்முறை
1. தேங்காய் பால் மீன் குழம்பு செய்ய ஒரு கடாயில் தேங்காய் எண்ணெய் ஊற்றி சூடேற்றிய பின்பு அதில் கடுகு, பொடியாக நறுக்கிய வெங்காயம், பூண்டு பற்கள், மெலிதாக நறுக்கிய இஞ்சி, கீறிய பச்சை மிளகாய் மற்றும் கறிவேப்பிலை சேர்த்து நன்கு வதக்கவும்
2. வெங்காயத்தை நன்கு வதக்கிய பின்பு அதில் பொடியாக நறுக்கிய தக்காளி சேர்த்து அதனுடன் கல் உப்பு, மஞ்சள் தூள், மிளகாய் தூள், மல்லி தூள், சீரக தூள், மற்றும் தண்ணீர் நன்கு கொதிக்க விடவும்
3. குழம்பு கொதித்த உடன் மீன் துண்டுகளை சேர்த்து மீனின் இருபுறமும் வேக வைக்கவும்
4. மீன் வெந்த உடன் தேங்காய் பாலை சேர்த்து நன்கு கொதிக்க விடவும்
5. சுவையான மற்றும் வித்தியாசமான தேங்காய் பால் மீன் குழம்பு தயார்

Ingredients
4 Salmon fillets about 125g each
400 g coconut milk
2 tbsp olive oil sub with any other flavourless oil of choice
1½ tbsp red thai curry paste
2 large garlic cloves minced
1 tbsp ginger minced
½ tbsp lemongrass I used dried lemongrass for this recipe substitute with a fresh one.
1 tbsp each of soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce I used both ingredients to substitute for fish sauce since I didn’t have any on hand.
Salt and pepper to season the salmon
2 fresh chilies
Parsley to serve
1 Lime juice and lime zest

Kerala Style King Fish Curry With Coconut Milk | Neyymeen Curry
Ingredients
King fish - 1kg
Shallots - 7 to 8 nos
Green chilli - 3 or 4 nos
Ginger - 1 nos
Garlic - 5 or 6 nos
Curry leaves - 2 or 3 sprigs
Tomatoes - 2 nos
Grated coconut - 2 cup full
Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
Dry red chilli - 3 or 4 nos
Fenugreek seed - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 or 2 tsp
Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
Method
Take a bowl add one cup of grated coconut and water .
Squeeze them thoroughly, then drain the thick coconut milk and set aside.
Again, we have used squeezed, grated coconut and water.
Mix them well, drain the thin coconut milk, and set aside.
Take a plate and add grated coconut, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and turmeric powder,set aside.
Then we have to grind the masala like grated coconut, ginger ,garlic, red chillies powder, turmeric powder mix, etc., into a smooth paste.
Take a pan , add the grinded coconut masala.
Then add thin coconut milk and mix them well.
Add green chilli ,curry leaves ,tomatoes and salt ,mix them well.
Then place the masala pan on the heat.
Cover and boil them well.
Remove the lid and check whether the masala is well boiled or not.
Then add kingfish and mix them well.
Cover and cook till the fish become well cooked .
Then add thick coconut milk and mix them well.
Remove from fire and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan ,add mustard seed ,let them spluttered
Add dry red chilli ,fenugreek seed and shallots.
saute and fry them well.
Remove from fire and pour the fried mixture into the fish curry pan and mix them well.
Serve the tasty Spicy King fish curry with Boiled tapioca.
