My family and I, love eating beef jerky so I decided to make our own.
Ingredients
1 kg veal
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp BBQ sauce
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

1/4c Pineapple juice
1/2c Honey
1/2c Soy Sauce or Liquid Aminos
3 TBS Jalapeño Hot Sauce
2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
1 TBS Garlic Powder
1 TBS Onion Powder
1 TBS Black Pepper
2 TBS Brown Sugar
1 Jalapeño cut into rounds

1/4c Honey Powder
1 TBS Smoked Paprika
2 tsp Dark Chili Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Ground Celery Seed
1/8 tsp Jalapeño Powder
*Notes*
*If using on wings add salt first then layer on rub.
*Add 2 TBS Brown Sugar to make more of a pork rub

How to Make Spicy Cajun Beef Jerky - Your Taste Buds Will Thank You!
Cajun Beef Jerky: A Southern Twist on a Classic Snack
Ingredients:
* 1 to 3 pounds Meat , sliced into 1/4-inch strips
* 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
* 1/4 cup soy sauce
* 1/4 cup White Wine vinegar
* 1/4 cup brown sugar
* 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
* 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon onion powder
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, white wine vinegar, brown sugar, Cajun seasoning, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
2. Add the beef jerky strips to the marinade and mix until well coated.
3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
4. Preheat your oven to 165°F.
5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the marinated beef jerky strips in a single layer.
6. Bake for 2-3 hours, or until the jerky is dry and chewy.
7. Let the jerky cool to room temperature before serving. Enjoy!
