White Chocolate and Coconut Truffles Recipe
In correlated to my Raffaello Coconut Cake video previously, this is how I made the white chocolate and coconut truffles recipe for the cake decoration. You can serve them just as they are. They are soft and fluffy in the outside, chewy and crunchy in the inside. Very easy to make and you don't need a lot of time preparing them. Suitable when you have guests over for a Christmas dinner, when you just want a quick dessert to sweetened your mouth after a heavy dinner. Hope you will enjoy. Merry Christmas and God bless! Ingredients:
For about 10-12 truffles
100g White Chocolate
30ml heavy cream
1 1/2 tsp unsalted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
15g unsweetened coconut flakes
100g Dark Chocolate
30ml heavy cream
10-12 hazel nuts
30g unsweetened coconut flakes
