Pasta with Broccoli and Anchovies | Black Pepper Chef
This incredibly simple mix of broccoli, anchovies, and pasta, spiced with chili flakes, is perfect for an easy Mediterranean diet meal. Broccoli and salted anchovy fillets make a great flavor together, and delicious parmesan perfectly complements broccoli.
BROCCOLI AND ANCHOVY PASTA
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)
160 g pasta farfalle
500 g broccoli
4-5 fillets of anchovies in olive oil
1-2 chili flakes
50 g grated parmesan
1 garlic clove
3 tbsp. olive oil
Salt

You will be cooking this delicious broccoli and anchovies pasta recipe over and over again.
BROCCOLI & ANCHOVIES PASTA! You will be cooking this delicious broccoli pasta recipe over and over again. Simple pasta recipe with broccoli. Tasty, healthy and simple.
Ingredients for 4 persons:
0,7lb/320g of rigatoni.
1lb/450g of broccoli.
1,4oz/40g of butter.
2,8oz/80g of Pecorino Romano.
Thyme.
2 cloves of garlic.
Extra virgin olive oil.
Salt.
Chili pepper.
Pepper.
Method:
Clean the broccoli and boil them for 5 minutes. Cook the pasta in the same water (salt before throwing down the pasta). Grate the Pecorino.
In a pan fry the garlic and chili pepper with oil. Add the anchovies, a ladle of cooking water and let them melt. Add the broccoli and cook for a few minutes. Remove garlic and chili pepper.
3 minutes before the indicated time, drain the pasta in the pan and finish cook with cooking water. Stir with butter, thyme and Pecorino.
Serve with plenty of broccoli and cracked pepper.

Ingredients for 4 people:
0,9lb/400g of spaghetti.
8 anchovies.
3 garlic cloves.
1 red turnip.
2 chili.
1 brunch of thyme.
Extra virgin olive oil.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Method:
Cook the spaghetti in a plenty salted water.
Cut and centrifuged the red turnip. Clean the black olives and cut them coarsely.
In a pan fry the garlic with oil, chili and thyme; add the anchovies and let them melt gently.
2 minutes before the time indicated, drain the spaghetti in the pan, add the red turnip juice, the black olives and finish cook with 2 ladles of cooking water. Finally cream with oil and cooking water.
Serve with plenty of olives and black pepper.
