How To make Lasagna with White Sauce
1 pound ground beef
1 onion
chopped
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 beef bouillon cube
1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 8 oz pkg mini lasagna noodles :
cooked and drained
***White Sauce*** 2 tablespoons butter or margarine -- melted
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 te salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese -- divided
serves 10 to 12
Cook lasagna noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain. In a skillet, bro wn ground beef and onion, until onion is tender. Drain fat. Transfer meat mix ture to Crock-Pot. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, bouillon, and seasonings. Add cooked lasagna noodles. In a small bowl, mix melted margarine, flour, salt , pepper, milk, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Stir into Crock-Pot. Cover an d cook on Low 4 to 6 hours or on High 2 to 3 hours. In the last 30 minutes, tu rn Crock-Pot to High, if cooking on Low. Top with remainder of mozzarella chee se. Serve when cheese is melted.

Transfer the oil into the pot Add the minced onions When cooks, add the ground beef When it's almost brown add the grated carrot Cook 10 more minutes with the lid on Stir in the grated tomatoes, Tomato paste, black pepper and salt Add ½ cup of hot water Let it boil for 5 minutes, and leave for chill Directions for the Béchamel Sauce Transfer the butter into the pot Add in the flour Gradually stir in the milk Keep stirring, let it boil for 5 minutes Season with black pepper and salt Turn the heat off and let it chill Grease the tray Spread a scoop of béchamel sauce all over the tray Bake for approx. 25 minutes on 200C (400F) pre-heated oven (with fan turned on)

50 g (1/2 stick) butter
1 tsp. Salt
A pinch of black pepper
For the Lasagna
170 g (10 pieces) no-boil lasagna noodles
100 g (3.5 oz) shredded mozzarella
300 g (10 oz) ground beef
1 carrot (grated)
2 tomatoes (grated)
1 onion (minced)
1 tbs. tomato paste
2 tsp. Salt
A pinch of black pepper
4 tbs. olive oil

lasagna/lazanya is an Italian dish made of stacked layers of thin flat pasta alternating with fillings such as ragù (ground meats and tomato sauce) and other vegetables, cheese, and seasonings and spices such as garlic, oregano and basil. The dish may be topped with melted grated mozzarella cheese. Typically, the cooked or oven-ready pasta is assembled with the other ingredients and then baked in an oven. The resulting lasagne casserole is cut into single-serving square portions.
Ingredients:
For the meat sauce:
3 tbsp of olive oil
a mix of basil, thyme, parsley, rosemary 1 tbsp or dry Italian seasoning 2 tsp
1 large onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of chilli flakes
black pepper ½ tsp
salt to taste (around 1tsp )( remember that cheddar cheese is salty)
ground meat 1 kg (beef or mutton)
chopped tomatoes 800g
water to cook for 30 minutes
For bechamel /white sauce:
butter 4 tbsp
flour 4 tbsp
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of salt
cold milk 3 cups

INGREDIENTS:-
For meat sauce:
Ground meat 1200g
onion 2 (medium size)
garlic 5 - 7 cloves
olive oil 2-3 tbsp
chopped tomatoes 400g x 3 cans
salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tsp
black pepper crushed 1 tsp
dried basil 2 tsp
dried oregano 2 tsp
water 4 cup
ingredients for béchamel sauce:
butter 70g
All-purpose flour 4 tbsp
milk 800ml
salt 1 tsp
nutmeg 1/2 tsp
for layers you need:
Chopped tomatoes 1 can (400g)
olive oil 3 tsp
No-boil lasagna noodles 600g (approximately)
fresh mozzarella 700g
Fresh herbs parsley or basil leaves
parmigiano reggiano
edam cheese
