How To make Jamaican Fruit Lamb Chops
8 Medium lamb chops, trimmed
1 cn Sliced peaches or apricots
- Del Monte Lite (16oz can) 2 ts Instant coffee crystals
2 tb Chopped parsley
Dash pepper In a large skillet brown meat; remove and keep warm. Drain fruit, reserving liquid in skillet. Add coffee crystals. Cook over high heat 5 minutes to reduce and thicken liquid. Return meat to skillet; simmer 8 to 10 minutes, turning frequently. Add fruit, parsley and pepper. Cover,
heat through, about 5 minutes, and serve.

Sofrito Lamb Chops Recipe:
Ingredients:
6-8 lamb chops, cut 3/4 of an inch thick
1 tsp garlic powder
Add salt and pepper to taste
Sofrito Marinade Ingredients:
1 cup of cilantro
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper
1/4 red onion
1 head of garlic
1 sour orange juice
1 whole lime juice
1 chicken bouillon
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp oregano leaves
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of black pepper
*Serving for 2 people

Seasonings Used:
Garlic Powder
Clove Powder
Cumin
Adobo
Cayenne powder
Smoked Paprika
Black pepper
Complete seasoning
Olive oil
Lamb:
1 Rack Of Lamb ( I got mine from Sprouts)
Garlic
Soy sauce
Bbq sauce
Honey
Butter
Fried Cabbage:
1 Whole Cabbge
1 Yellow Onion
2 Bell Peppers
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Pack Of Sausage Use Whichever Brand You Like I used The Hilshirie Farms Smoked Turkey
Chicken Stock
Bacon
Baked Mac and Cheese:
1 Quart Half and Half
1 16 oz Mozzarella Block
1 16 oz Medium Cheddar
1 8 oz Sharp Cheddar
1 1/2 stick of unsalted butter
1 box Corkscrew pasta
Chicken Stock
Flour
CornBread:
1 Box Cornbread mix
Buttermilk
Unsalted butter
Honey
Candied Yams:
2 Sweet Potatoes
Brown Sugar
Butter
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Juicy Lamb Chops #lambchops
10 Baby lamb chops
1/2 Cup olive oil
8 Cloves garlic
4 Stems thyme
1 Tbs fresh parsley
1 Tsp Cajun seasoning
1 Tsp Black pepper
1 Tsp Italian seasoning
1 Tsp total seasoning
1/2 Tsp salt
8 Tbs butter
Cook on each side for 3 minutes
