20 MINUTE CHICKEN PARM
Haven't had chicken parm in a hot second, but I'm coming to you live tonight with a 20-minute Chicken Parm recipe that is gluten free! You could easily make this dairy free as well by substituting a vegan cheese. You could also make this vegan by substituting vegan cheese & mushroom/eggplant instead of the chicken!
Ingredient list:
- Chicken Breast
- Bread Crumbs
- Italian Seasoning
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Mozzarella
- Parmesan Cheese
- Vodka Sauce (or any pasta sauce)
In case my video isn't clear on the instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425F
- Combine the parmesan, breadcrumbs, seasoning, salt, & pepper
- Coat the chicken breasts in olive oil & coat in the seasonings mixture
- Cook in olive oil over a pan, flipping until each side is brown and crispy
- Bake in the oven at 425F in a Pyrex dish for 13 minutes (or until chicken reaches 180F)
- Pour vodka sauce over the chicken, top with mozzarella (or vegan) cheese
- Broil for 2 minutes (keep an eye on it) until cheese is bubbling & slightly brown
- ENJOY with regular pasta, zoodles, chickpea pasta, or on its own!
Veal parmesan recipe video | Stefano Faita
Who can resist the flavour of perfectly-breaded meat? Follow the steps in this recipe video for veal parmesan made with Stefano sauce and treat your tastebuds to spectacular!
Veal parmesan. Because everything’s better when it’s breaded.
I grew up watching my mother cook every Sunday night, sitting at the counter in our family kitchen. No TV, no board games. Watching and learning how to cook was my favourite thing to do … and still is to this day.
Veal parmigiana was a family favourite and my mom cooked it often. All kids (including mine!) are crazy about the breading, and this recipe is similar to chicken sticks. My mom liked to make this dish with chicken cutlets. She’d make them in big batches so we could enjoy them all week. We’d make sandwiches with the leftovers, with pickled veggies and crisp lettuce leaves.
Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do!
Veal parmigiana
Prep time: 20 min
Cook time: 15 min
Serve : 4-6
Ingredients :
1 jar Stefano tomato-basil sauce
4-6 veal cutlets
4-6 slices prosciutto
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1-1 ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup olive oil
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 ½ cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
Preparation :
1-To prepare cutlets, one-by-one, dredge cutlet in flour, dip dredged veal into beaten egg then into breadcrumbs. Set aside.
2-Preheat oven to 375F (or 190C).
3-Heat olive oil in an oven-safe frying pan.
4-Cook veal cutlets 30 seconds on each side, until the breading is golden brown.
5-Place a slice of prosciutto on each cutlet. Then, top each cutlet with 2 tablespoons of sauce then with parmesan and mozzarella.
6-Place in the oven until cheese has fully melted and is golden brown.

Crispy Garlic PARMESAN chicken pasta recipe
1/2 pound of spaghetti
1 and 1/2 pounds of Boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
1 teaspoon of kosher salt
1 teaspoon of lemon pepper
1 teaspoon of granulated garlic
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
2 tablespoons of flour
1 egg, beaten
1 cup of panko breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons of butter
1/4 of olive oil (you may need more to drizzle at the end)
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
8 ounces of baby spinach
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional, more or less to taste)
To make this dish gluten free you can substitute gluten free pasta. Use cornstarch instead of flour. Substitute gluten free breadcrumbs as well.
Broccoli would be great in this recipe as a substitute or in addition to spinach. Add 8 ounces of broccoli florets to the pasta in the last 2 minutes of cooking the spaghetti.
Shrimp would be a great substitute for chicken.
You could also add a cup of spaghetti sauce to this for a red sauce dish and top with mozzarella cheese if you like.

Easy baked spaghetti squash recipe with butter cooked chicken, parmesan, and fresh lemon. Healthy and delicious!
Spaghetti squash alone can be a bit dull, but it’s amazing what butter seared chicken, parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, and plenty of lemon can do. What used to be boring turns into to something that’s almost impossible to stop eating. We use chicken thighs, but there’s no reason you couldn’t swap them for chicken breast.
Don't forget to watch our video for how we like to cut and cook spaghetti squash. We even show how you can microwave the squash to speed things up if you need to. Here's the link:
