Vietnamese Style Egg Rolls With Ground Turkey Recipe - How I make Ground Turkey Eggrolls
Every house has it's own recipe for egg rolls. This is a ground turkey egg roll recipe that our house makes. You can add other things or change the ingredients to suit you. Not a how to but a how i make eggrolls video. Ingredients are Turkey, cabbage, Carrots, Mushrooms, Bean thread, egg and spices.
Rice paper dumplings (pan fried and air fried)
Crispy Rice Paper Dumplings are quick and easy pan-fried dumplings made with rice paper and delicious vegetable tofu stuffing!
These are vegan, super crispy, chewy, and filled with delicious Asian-flavored veggies and tofu.
This appetizer takes less than 30 minutes to make which is pretty quick than traditional dumplings. Plus they are super adaptable to use whatever leftover veggies protein you have in your fridge, and did I mention that they taste heavenly good too?

Ground Turkey crispy Lumpia Shanghai, the Filipino eggrolls .
Hello Everyone!
Once a month of First Friday of the month this time, uploading Filipino Food Friday.
Today Filipino Food, famous eggrroll.
Difference between lumpia and eggrolls. Lumpia is the Filipino version of fried spring rolls. Egg rolls are American version of Chinese.
This recipe I used regular ground turkey but normally lumpia shanghai made beef & pork mix together.
You can put potatoes or sweet potatoes just try to experiment different ingredients but this is my version every time I cook lumpia shanghai to my family. Time consuming but there's so delicious, can be appetizer or a meal. Easy to make a sweet sour sauce but I normally just buy them in Asian Store.
