brOWNIE:
2 Eggs
1 c Sugar
3/4 c Flour
4 oz German's Sweet chocolate;
-melted 8 tb Margarine
1 ts Vanilla
3/4 c Nuts
FROSTING:
1 c Evaporated milk
1 c Sugar
3 Egg yolks; slightly beaten
1/2 c Margarine
1 ts Vanilla
1/3 c Coconut
1 c Chopped nuts
Cream eggs and sugar. Combine with next 5 ingredients. Pour batter into a greased 9" square pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 350~F. Cool and Frost. FROSTING: Combine first 5 ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring until thick. Add coconut and chopped nuts. Cool before frosting brownines. These German Chocolate Brownies are rich, dark fudgy brownie topped with a to-die-for coconut pecan frosting! Named after the classic layer cake, these frosted brownies are easier to make and taste just as delicious!????
Pan size: 8 x 8 inch (20 x 20 cm) square pan
INGREDIENTS
3 large eggs at room temperature
½ cup + 1 tablespoon (130g) melted salted butter
1 teaspoon (5mL) vanilla extract
¾ cup (150g) granulated erythritol
¾ cup (75g) blanched almond flour
¼ cup + 2 tablespoons (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder (I used Dutch processed cocoa powder)
1 teaspoon (4g) baking powder
1 ½ tablespoons (23mL) cold coffee or water
1 cup (240mL) heavy whipping cream
4 large egg yolks
¾ cup (150g) powdered erythritol
¼ cup (60g) salted butter
1 teaspoon (5mL) vanilla extract
1 cup (100g) unsweetened shredded coconut
1 cup (110g) chopped toasted pecans
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick is clean when inserted.
Yields 16 slices (macros per slice)

½ tazza + 1 cucchiaio (130 g) di burro salato fuso
1 cucchiaino (5 ml) di estratto di vaniglia

¼ di tazza + 2 cucchiai (40 g) di cacao in polvere non zuccherato (io ho usato cacao in polvere lavorato olandese)

1 tazza (240 ml) di panna da montare pesante

1 cuillère à café (5mL) d'extrait de vanille
1 tasse (100 g) de noix de coco râpée non sucrée
1 tasse (110 g) de pacanes grillées hachées

German Chocolate Brownies! In a snap! #brownies #dessert
This is a recipe for German Chocolate Brownies that are quick and easy and surely a crowd pleaser! German chocolate box cake mix is used as a shortcut but the homemade frosting brings it a notch! Here is the recipe…
Ingredients:
For brownies,
1 box German chocolate cake
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 box instant chocolate pudding
1/2 cup chopped pecans
For Icing,
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sweetened coconut
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Oil spray to coat pan
Directions: Combine ingredients for brownie batter and pour in greased/ oil sprayed pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick/knife inserted comes out clean. While brownies are baking combine remaining ingredients for the icing in a pan. Cook on medium heat for approximately 8 minuets , stirring constantly until thickened. Let icing and brownies slightly cool before icing brownies. Let cool completely before cutting. Enjoy!

German Chocolate Brownies
Yields: 32 brownies
Ingredients:
4 (1 oz.) unsweetened chocolate baking squares
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided
2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
1 ½ cups pecans, chopped
1 (14oz.) can condensed milk
Preparation Directions:
~ Melt chocolate squares in a microwave, being careful not to burn. Stir until smooth and set aside.
~ Meanwhile beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy with an electric mixture. Add eggs one at a time beating just until blended after each addition. Add melted chocolate, beating until just blended.
~ Add flour, beating at low speed until just blended. Stir in vanilla and 1 cup of the chocolate chips. Spread into a foil lined 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Top with coconut, 2 cups chocolate chips and pecans; drizzle with condensed milk.
~ Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set.
