How To make Fresh Herb Turkey Loaf
2 egg whites
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup red bell pepper
chopped
1/3 cup celery :
finely chopped
1/4 cup onion finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound Ground Turkey Breast :
skinned
Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except turkey. Add turkey and mix well. Mold turkey mixture into a loaf pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from oven, pat dry with paper towel, and cut into 6 slices.

A really soft, juicy and fragrant turkey that is full of citrus flavor, unfortunately you might not have any leftovers
Preheat oven at 450 for first half hour and reduce to 350 for the rest of the time the turkey bakes and reaches 165 degrees
Marination ing:
1 turkey
2 tbsp of ginger and garlic
1 tbsp lemon pepper
8 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp cajun seasoning
Stuffing Ing:
3 bunches of rosemary
2 bunches of basil
2 bunches of lemon basil
1 orange zest
1 orange
2 limes zested and juiced
Method:
Wash the turkey really well and marinate with butter, ginger and garlic, cajun seasoning and lemon pepper, leave it in the fridge to dry for 24 hours. Second day stuff it with the herbs and the orange and the limes, put the wings under the bird and tie the twine around the turkey and put it back in the fridge for another 24 hours. Day three preheat the oven at 450 for half hour or until it reaches the desired colour, stick the thermometer in the turkey lower the oven temperature to 350 and let it bake until the it reaches 165 degrees. Remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes. Cutting it before the 30 minutes will result in a dry turkey.....

1 lb ground pork
1 box Boursin Garlic and Herbs
1/4 cup diced parsley
1 bell pepper diced
1/2 large onion diced
2 tbsps sour cream
1-2 tbsps garlic paste
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 - 2 cups bread crumbs
smoked paprika/italian seasoning/red pepper flakes
salt/pepper/garlic/onion powder
Sauce:
1 cup BBQ
1 cup ketchup
1-2 tbsps tomato paste
2 tbsps dijon mustard
1 tbsps worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
salt and pepper / smoked paprika
Directions:
Begin by prepping your veggies and parsley. Next, saute veggies, parsley, and garlic for 3-4 minutes. Place in freezer to chill after softened. In a large mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients (except sauce ingredients). Work everything together with your hands until it forms one large meatball. Add bread crumbs a little at a time until the loaf takes shape. Place mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375 and form into a loaf shape. Place on wire rack or into a loaf pan. Bake for 30-45 minutes. Mix together sauce ingredients over medium low heat. Baste meatloaf with sauce during final 20-30 minutes. Meatloaf is done when it registers 165 degrees internal temp in the middle.
