How To make Easy Boboli Pizza
1 (10-inch) boboli
-OR- flat bread 1 c Spaghetti or pizza sauce
2 c Sliced mushrooms or onions
-or- green peppers -or- olives 1 c Shredded low fat cheese
-(cheddar, jack, -or mozzarella cheese)
Preheat electric oven to 400 F. Place bread on a baking sheet; spread with sauce. Top with choice of vegetables and cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and is golden brown. Boboli Crust Pizza: Quick and Easy
A quick demonstration of how to get homemade pizza using a Boboli crust. In my opinion this is better then most take out or frozen options and it can be made so quickly and easily especially if you are a frequent pizza enthusiast. This technique is so simple, I try to do most of it with one hand while I film!

Homemade Pizza / How to Make a Hawaiin Pizza with a Boboli Crust
Homemade Boboli Pizza
Ingredients:
Boboli Crust
Olive Oil
16oz Pizza Cheese
Canadian Bacon
Pineapple Tidbits
Garlic Salt
Oregano
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 450ºF
Spray the crust with oil (or pour approximately one teaspoon of oil on the crust and spread around with fingers or a brush until it's well covered)
Spread the cheese over the crust.
Shake garlic salt and oregano over cheese.
Cut the ham into small pieces and spread over cheese. (I use half a package)
Drain the pineapple.
Spread as much pineapple on the pizza as you would like.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes.
Cut and enjoy!

Homemade Pizza Crust (Dough) from Scratch - Easy Recipe
Here is a recipe that I've been using for years now for my own homemade pizza crust from scratch! Don't be intimidated by making it at home. It's so easy and is the best crust there is! This is the same crust used in my pepperoni pizza video from a few years back. Enjoy!
What you'll need:
3/4 cup warm water (about 100*F)
2 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 cups all-purpose or plain flour
additional oil for greasing
In a large bowl, combine water and sugar and sprinkle yeast on top to re-hydrate. Don't use too hot of water or you will kill your yeast. After yeast is a bit foamy, add in salt, 1 Tbsp oil and flour. Mix well until it comes together to form a dough. Knead until smooth and all flour is incorporated and dough is no longer sticky, about 3 minutes. Grease a bowl with another tablespoon of oil, coat dough ball with oil and cover with a damp towel. Let rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
To use, grease a pan with more oil, pat dough out using your finger tips to 14-16 in diameter. Spread with sauce, top with cheese and toppings and bake in a preheated 450*F oven for 12-14 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melty. Makes (1) 16 pizza. Enjoy!!

BoBoli Pizza Lunch
Pizza for lunch is not only easy and quick, it is delicious when cooked on the Big Green Egg. So today I got inspired to cook a pizza for lunch trying a Boboli pizza crust for the first time. And I thought I would use my Emile Henry Pizza Stone and cook it on my Big Green Egg. Turned out to be a great combination.
