You can print the full recipe here
Ingredients
16 ounce Pillsbury crescent dough sheets 2 8-oz cans
15 ounce Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup diced red and orange sweet or bell peppers
1/4 cup sliced green onions scallions
1 medium carrot shredded
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Unroll both crescent sheets and place them side by side on a jelly roll pan (approximately 17x12). They will be a little big for the pan, so just do some tucking and scrunching to make them fit the best you can.
Bake crescent dough sheets according to directions on the package.
When done, place on a cooling rack and allow to cool completely.
While the dough is baking, prep your vegetables and put them into separate dishes. See notes.
Shred the cheese and place in a bowl.
Stir cream cheese to loosen and make spreadable then spread on top of the dough.
Add the broccoli florets, gently pressing them into the cream cheese layer.
Sprinkle the peppers, carrot and sliced scallions over the broccoli layer.
Add a layer of shredded cheese to the top.
Cut into 36 rectangles.
Notes
For the topping I use a tub of spreadable, flavored cream cheese, my favorite is chive and onion. I have also used a flavor called garden vegetable as well as original flavor. They are all good.
Some recipes call for mixing cream cheese with sour cream and dressing mix or garlic powder. I find it easier to just use a flavored cream cheese instead.
Prepping the vegetables
For the broccoli, cut the florets off the head then trim them into small pieces less than an inch long.
When I chop sweet peppers or bell peppers, I use the small dice blade on my Vidalia Chop Wizard. This creates small uniform pieces. This is seriously my favorite gadget in the entire kitchen!
Slice scallions thin so they are flavorful but not overpowering when someone takes a bite.
Run a fresh carrot across a cheese grater on the larger holes. There's really no need to peel it first, just make sure you wash it.
For zucchini, cucumber, and radishes a small dice works great and will be easy to eat.
Tomatoes can be tricky if they are over-ripe, so be sure to buy firm tomatoes if you are using them. Chop tomatoes into even 1/2-inch pieces.
Troops BBQ Pizza Oven Pre-Made Pizza Crust Comparisons - SwagDaddy

Everyone loves pizza and most of us like EASY. The most time consuming part of making a pizza is the crust. We searched high and low for pre-made (par-baked) pizza crusts that would work in the Troops BBQ Pizza Oven. In the end, we cooked ten different crusts. Here are our thoughts:
Boboli
This is probably the most widely distributed brand of crust in the US. Packaged in their green and red plastic bags, these pizza crusts are sold more like a loaf of bread. You will usually find them hanging on a peg hook close to the pizza sauce or the bread aisle. They offer personal pan, family size, Whole Wheat, original, thick and thin crusts. Considering the crusts were not refrigerated, they were very tasty. We especially liked the Whole Wheat. While not organic, the ingredients listed on the packaging were almost identical to that of a store-bought loaf of bread. We especially liked the Whole Wheat crust. We paid between $2.34 for a personal size crust up to $4.99 for the family size Whole Wheat.
Camillo’s
One of our favorites – and also the cheapest. We found this two-pack of seven inch personal pizza crusts at the Dollar Tree store. What made them a favorite was not only the flavor, but they pizzas came with a small lip around the perimeter. This meant we could load-up more sauce and toppings and not worry about it running off onto our pizza stone. The packaging states the crust is Cholesterol free, no Trans Fat, made with Honey and it should be refrigerated after opening. We won’t pretend to be nutritional experts, but the ingredients listed on the back was shorter than the other brands and didn’t include the word “modified”.
Rustic Crust
We found a wide assortment of Rustic Crust brand crusts on the shelf at Whole Foods. You would expect no more than Organic, Gluten Free and Made with Non-GMO Ingredients from Whole Foods. We tried their Napoli Herb, Sourdough and Original Flavors. Everyone’s taste is different and those accustomed to eating Gluten Free will know more what to expect. We had a problem with the Gluten Free Napoli pizza sticking to the pizza stone. We even used corn meal between the crust and the stone. In the pizza oven, all of the Gluten Free pizzas seemed to be “tacky” and were a little difficult to manage. We paid between $4.99 and $5.49 depending on the flavor. If you are looking to add some spice to your pizzas with flavored crusts, you must check out Rustic Crust.
California Food Company
In the frozen food aisle at Whole Foods, we found a pizza crust by the California Food Company. The packaging touted “Handmade in California” and the crust did appear to have more of that hand-tossed look. It was also Gluten Free and Non-GMO verified. Again, this crust tended to stick a little to our stone, but not as much as the Gluten Free Rustic Crust. A big plus for this pizza is that many Gluten Free bread products tend to fall apart easily. This crust held-up handling adding toppings, the peel in and out and all the way into our mouths. If you need Gluten Free foods, this is a crust to check out. TheCaliforniaFoodCompany.com
Golden Home Ultra Thin Pizza Crust
If you want a pizza on a tortilla shell, look no further. This is definitely the thinnest crust we tested. This was another Dollar Tree crust and came as a single in a bag sitting on the shelf. When eating, we mainly tasted the toppings-much like you would expect from a crust so thin. We found it interesting that it took as long to cook as the thicker crusts in the Troops BBQ Pizza Oven. Like the other Dollar Tree pizza crust, the word “modified” was not found on the ingredients list. However, for the size of the pizza, there were 30 ingredients on the packaging.
Conte’s
We found the Conte’s pizza crust at Bristol Farms in the freezer case. Looking at the company’s website, it appears that these crusts are mainly sold in specialty stores offering organic products. This was another Gluten Free pizza. It held up in the Pizza Oven and probably tasted the closest to a wheat pizza than any of the Gluten Free we tasted.
